Tom was fantastic - walked us around the property and talked through areas of risk and mitigation options. He was truly one of the best service professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. After this experience I would never move from terminex to another company.

I dont know how long I have been using Terminix, but what I do know is that the Technician Noel that always comes to my house is a true asset to your company. Noel is always polite and happy when he comes to the house, he always talks a bit to us abour what he is doing and answers any questions we have, Several months ago we saw some rodents in the yard, and Noel was quick to arrive and set up a bait trap to eliminate the issue. Its always a pleasure dealing with Noel and we will continue to use Terminix as long as Noel is our Tech. ThanksJason P Fachner

Noel is a true professional always listens to my concerns and makes sure when he finished the job that I am completely satisfied with results.

Terminix employees are great-always professional and considerate. I get a phone call from Neil to let me know a visit is coming up, a text on that day to let me know what time he’s coming, and another text when he arrives so I have time to bring the dogs inside. That’s service!

Everyone I spoke with, especially Juan, who serviced the house, was professional, prompt and considerate.

Do not trust this company I had a contract with a 30 day guaranteed
which was not honored and when I called about it they cancelled my contract. SO I paid them they stopped treating and they wouldn't refund my money

It now more than a year we having service done by Terminix. Before we have another company, but they wee not good. Now we don't have any issue, no termite to see. Their associate Joseph W. Pastore is very good.he called us in advance and we got email before they come to our house for inspection, He inspected all the 12 station in my house and put new baits. Very happy with the service, will recommend my friends. Thanks TERMINIX.

If i could give this company NEGATIVE STARS i would. How do you just blow off an appointment, and dont call? And then when I CALL to be like what the heck, they dont even apologize and say that i have to wait another week for service? I think not. Absolute trash company avoid at all costs. Spend a little more money for Orkin, at least they're professional.

You guys are great! I love your staff. I just don't like it when sales people masquerade as treatment staff and trick me into inspections I don't need. I am a long-term customer and I know the staff well and like them all!

This is our first time with Terminix, or any pest control service for that matter. The technician, Donald, was on-time, a bonus, explained everything I needed explained, and the service speedy and efficient. An overall great experience. FAST FORWARD: It's now April - been with the company about a year and still happy! John Umpleby has been our technician lately and I will say we are more than satisfied!

Terminix is professional, informative, and punctual. They are experts in termite prevention, and we’ve been very pleased with the service we’ve received over the past 16 plus years!

My tehnician is excellent that is why i gave five stars but their customer service leaves a bitter taste

Our cat came back from getting fixed and had fleas (in January). The Terminex team came right out and flea-proofed us. For some reason these fleas were aggressive and biting me so I am so grateful for William for taking care of this.

Our technician Chris is excellent, very polite and always solves the problem and really knows the business. The new technology features I recently experienced of letting me know when Chris was arriving via text message was a nice bit of info. I have spoken to setup past appointments over the phone with no issues. Keep up the great work.

Noel truly cares about his customers. Welcome change in the this world to see a long time employee around and he checks up on us. He is welcome site every time he comes. He uses his knowledge and shares it with his customers. Great customer service! Thank you

The sole reason for the high score is my Terminix provider Noel. He's been on top of every "pest" issue and helpful and accessible.

My service technician, Lenny Sangiardi, is always, prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Because he has lots of experience, he is always able to identify, track, and solve my pest problems. He makes it look so easy!

These guys hung a flyer on my door right on the no soliciting sign. Is this the intelligence level of someone that does work for you?

The technician is very kind and was able to spray inside my garage in addition to outside service, even though I was only scheduled for outside service this month. Choose Terminix!
