Terry's Appliance Service, Syracuse NY

Saw Terry's info online. Thought I'd take a chance because of all his good reviews. While my fridge was too old to repair because parts were no longer available, Terry told me I could get additional use out of the fridge with a few suggestions. The suggestions will give me time to research a replacement. He also pointed out some things to look for when replacing it. While I hope I don't have to have him come out again, if I do he will be the one I call.

Terry came very quickly, was knowledgeable as far as the problem (dryer), tried to repair but had to replace parts. His work was first rate, and he's a nice guy. Reasonable rate, too.

Scheduled an appointment because our dryer would not work. Very quickly he diagnosed the problem to which I fixed easily. While he was there I asked if he could look at our oven since it was taking forever to preheat. He again very quickly diagnosed the problem and actually had the part in his vehicle. Our experience with Terry was outstanding. I made an appointment online and when the appointment time came he was not there. I called and left a message which he responded to quickly. There had been a problem with the online scheduling and he did not see our appointment. This is where other companies would leave us hanging but Terry made it right by coming out that day and repairing our dryer. Customer service seems to be an inconvenience nowadays but it is something that we could see is very important to Terry. We highly recommend his services and he will be our first call when the next appliance breaks.
