TES Staffing, Rochester NY

Update- my contract was terminated due to employees at the site I was at fabricating lies, dont expect TES to advocate for you. Also when they have you drive 40+ minutes for a job just to be sent home because their equipment wasn’t ready, dont expect to be compensated for your time even if they say they will pay you for 4 hours! They will go back on their word every chance they get.
Make sure to keep copies of your paperwork that you sign, when they say 6 months or 1000 hours, make sure that’s on the contract because it’s not on mine.

I had the opportunity to work for TES Staffing when they once was the Employment Store up until now! Phenomenal agency to work for everyone is genuine, very flexible, reliable and will do all that they can to help you reach your career goal! I encourage all that is working toward stabilizing their career this agency is the way to go!

Found it wildly ironic to be told to "dress professionally" only to sit down with a staffing "professional" who was essentially wearing pajamas and a tee shirt simply to talk about a job that could be found and applied for on an online job board.

I was recruited, interviewed, and guaranteed a long term, stable job. I was going back and forth between this position with TES, and another. I chose the one with TES (GP Flooring specifically). HUGE MISTAKE. At first it was a dream. They literally built me an office. Then day by day I just started to feel less and less connected so to speak. For no reason. There was a mutual agreement of salary and position based on work experience. I was never given a chance with the company they placed me with (GP Flooring solutions, that’s who all the project manager jobs listed are for). There’s a reason they are still listed. This company has no idea what it wants, and treats people like numbers. Both TES, And GP Flooring. I thought I was accepting my role for the next 10+ years (which I was lead to believe). But I soon learned that that management of both companies don’t know what they’re looking for. If you get hired as a project manager you won’t be a real project manager. You’ll be a desk jockey tasked with doing things you were never trained to, and then blamed because your boss Josh doesn’t have the time to actually train you. This is why this listing has been up FOREVER.

Long story short, don’t believe TES staffing cares about you 1% because I personally know they don’t. It’s even less with GP Flooring Solutuons. Don’t waste you’re time. These ads for their same position have been up for years. Save yourself the time. If a staffing company cared about someone, they would try to follow up with them, you’d think?

TES reached out about a short-term role that fit my interests, and made a great match that led to a permanent role. I worked directly with Nina, but the whole team was helpful and made the job search process easy!

I have loved working for the district through TES! They have been very understanding with my appointments, and are great about letting the school know about any days off I may need. I don't go into the office often because Tes was able to secure me a semi-permanent position at a school that I love working at. Overall my experience has been amazing.

TES is a great place to work. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The best part for me was choosing my work schedule, it was a surprise to be able to but well appreciated on my end. My placement was perfect for me, thank you to all of you for helping me navigate the process. My first job is amazing
