Was active with customers like a bee hive. But plenty of knowledgeable employees managed it well and courteous.

While everyone that tried to assist me was very pleasant and personable, I was highly dissatisfied by the extensive wait to take delivery of my vehicle. I had to wait over 2 hours after my scheduled pick up time and when my vehicle did finally arrive, my battery was charged to only 70% when I was previously told I'd have a battery charged to 90%.
In addition, I received text messages days ago requesting another check when I already submitted a check to cover the full purchase of the vehicle.
I believe there are lapses in communication due to some of the employees being overwhelmed. Everyone I encountered working for Tesla had been very pleasant during my delivery however they were all noticeably overwhelmed trying to service all of the customers that were there. Though they missed the mark, kudos to their effort.

Drove 2 hours Sunday to this location. Website says closes 7PM. Arrived 6: 05. Place is closed. What a shame

I dislike writing poor ratings. I have to say upfront that I love the brand and the service techs at this store. I believe most people work hard and are generally nice. However, it seems one person in particular at Tesla Mt Kisco is consistently rude, dismissive and truly unkind; and in particular this member of the sales team is extremely unpleasant to work with. On one occasion, a few customers (more than one) approached me to comment on how I was treated and not to feel bad because they'd been there longer than I had and had seen his poor treatment towards others.

I absolutey love the vehicle; and am in the market for another Tesla soon. However, this particular person makes the entire process loathsome; and makes you feel like you'd just rather not buy one and choose another vehicle.

Left my car for service and received a loaner Model 3. The loaner car was the dirtiest car have ever been in. I was in a hurry and just drove the car away and found out these.
- Exterior is covered with thick sticky dirty like it was never washed for 5 years.
- in the carbin it smells like someone haven't shower for 3 months sitting next to you.
- half eaten bun, fries and candy, and half drunk soft drink in the rear seat.
- fallen leaves and debris everywhere inside the car and trunk.
- the tires are inflated to 50psi cold.
Not sure how a car can be kept in this condition.

Service was good though.

40 minutes to get me into my new car and get on the road! Fantastic experience! No dealer involved, online purchase was easy!

I can't believe how misleading this place is and the lack of Tesla customer service to help when the sales place messes you over. Be aware to pick your sales location carefully and for sure don't chose Mt Kisko.

I purchased a new car and traded in a car with free lifetime charging. I was entitled to a 5k dollar credit. However Mt Kisko admitted that when I ordered a new car before Covid and they decided to change from a regular steering wheel to a yoke Tesla. Tesla allowed me to transfer my reservation to a friend. Instead of just transferring the reservation Telsa erroneously transferred my existing car amd the reservation to my friend. Tesla claims when I agreed to transfer my car back to me it constituted an ownership transfer and I lose my free charging eventhough I still wasn't charged. Dylan claims Tesla has no way of fixing the error. Can you believe the most technological car company in the world can't fix an error!

To make it up to me Mt Kisko told me Tesla would give me 3 years free charging on my new car. Week later pull up to a Tesla charging station and get billed for it. Called Tesla and said I have to deal with local sales team. But Mt Kisko is a liar.response.nothing I can do.

In a nutshell.love Tesla but terrible customer support so chose your local sales people carefully and stay far away from this place. Liars!

I’m not one to post reviews but oh boy please avoid going here. My hubby and I go next door for parts every Saturday and today I asked him to go over and politely ask them to move some of the tesla cars they had blocking the exit view. I didn’t want the same thing that happened last week when they were blocking the road to happen to us so we really thought they would say ok no problem. But the young kid just looked at us and said “ it happened in our parking lot” and just waved us off…so it’s ok to cause accidents from your parking lot? These are precious human lives at risk every day when you block the road with your teslas that can’t even hold up against a South Korean car like a KIA….

Horrible experience. Advisor never replies. This Tesla never picks up. Never returns calls nor do they reply to any email. Have been getting my car delayed constantly and I have no idea when I’ll pick up. If only they could tel me “oh your car is delayed we expect it x date”. I wish I could switch Tesla’s but unfortunately I’m forced to come to this specific one. I have no problem with delays if they were to reply to me. Worst experience so far. I’m spending 50k to be treated this way. Tesla cars are great but everything else is terrible.

Update:
I picked up another Tesla, thinking that it would be a better experience but boy was I wrong.

I spoke to Liam about price adjustments since I was picking up after the price had dropped. He reassured me over the phone countless times and even sent an email in writing stating that the price would be updated. Comes delivery day and they give me the run around and state that I can just reject the vehicle if I’m not happy. THEY DID NOT ADJUST MY PRICE OF 2k.

I’m extremely unhappy.

The vehicle has a bunch of problems so I bring it in to service and they claim they fixed it and when I go to check it out almost nothing was fixed. Instead what I got back was a car with a dirty headliner, dirty seats. I had to go back in and tell them to fix what I had asked. They bring it in and then say they need to order new parts (WHY THE &@@ DID THEY SAY IT WAS FIXED THEN) I tell them fine, I come back out and noticed my trims are falling apart so now I have to go back in and tell them to fix their work. They bring it back in and fix the trims.

I’m severely disappointed. Not only was I lied to my face about the 2K price drop but they also lied to me about parts being fixed. I love the cars but the service needs a lot of work

Flew in from Buffalo on a delayed flight to pick up a new Tesla Y, Christine not only waited after normal bussiness hours for us to take delivery of the car due to the poor weather, the car required an update and she insisted on waiting for for the car to finish updating before she would leave. I felt really cared for.

Took delivery for our Model 3 here yesterday. They were short staffed, and informed us of such, but despite that we were still attended to beautifully and all of our questions and concerns were answered! Cameron, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% comfortable with the car before driving off the lot. If you’re taking delivery here, you’re in good hands for sure.

Very rude staff who don’t care about the safety of the neighborhood. They pull out of the parking lot like if they’re in a fast and furious movie and when you ask the kids who work there to drive safe they just shrug you off. Upper management needs to speak to the staff that works here to prevent another fatality.

We have had our Model S for about 7 years now. It went in for its first service in that time last week. There were quite a few issues, though nothing you wouldn't expect in a 7yo car. The first estimate was ridiculously low, but as they dug in it went up. Not a surprise, and each time it did they carefully explained why they were recommending the work and what it would cost.

In my experience at this dealership, you do have to be a bit assertive-they are used to "window shoppers" and since the place is small, sales and service are handled out of the showroom floor, so if you're there for service you do have to let someone know, but the staff is very friendly and relaxed.

Horrendous service. I've had an issue with my Trunk on my 12 month old Model Y - it keeps on mis-placing itself leaving a large gap on one side. It's happened 3 times and each time I have to drive an hour there, wait around for 2 hours, then drive an hour home. I'd like the service team to fix is properly and somebody to compensate me for the repeat inconvenience. I've messaged using the app but I'm simply told speak to the store manager - I will next week and will update this review accordingly if it seems like he/she care's about the addressing the issue.

The experience was great. There were some minor issues with my car but they helped me schedule a service appointment to get the issues sorted out. The person that was helping us was very nice and got us in the car in a timely manner.

The staff at this site are very dismissive. I came to pick up my 2023 Model Y -Carbon Grey and while inspecting it, on my own with no assistance whatsoever, I observed a curb rash rim on what’s supposed to be a brand new vehicle. I also observed that one of the rear doors had chipped paint and another chip on the hood. The interior was dirty with mud stain on the floor of the driver side and appeared as if this car was utilized for test drives or as a loaner vehicle. I pointed this issue to the front desk staff and was not even acknowledged. I was told to take pictures and put it on the Tesla app so that the car could be serviced. Now why the heck would I even service a car that is supposed to be given to me BRAND NEW? The man didn’t even care to look at the vehicle. I expected to pick up a BRAND NEW VEHICLE, not a car that appeared used. A total disappointment. I walked out of there disappointed and carless. The worst experience ever.
