First time doing the curb side pickup approx 30 mins from order to pickup food was great order was was correct thank you

I been to road house so many times. And I am so disappointed with the service I got today, especially of all days my son graduation day. We waited almost 2 hours for our food. When we got our food it was either wrong or cold. For one drink it took about 30 min.

Waitress was very personable and service was great. There was an issue with our order being entered into the system where it was put in and we received or appetizers but the kitchen never received the ticket for our dinner. After quite a while, the waitress and the manager came over and explained the situation. They were very apologetic and said that the food was being made now. We needed to leave and head back to the city so the manager had our food packed up and then comped our entire dinner. She apologized again for the inconvenience when she brought over our food. The food was super fresh and really delicious. The ribs fell right off the bone. I would definitely return despite the little computer issue.

Called to say that we were celebrating a big birthday they said we’d sit separate but ok. Then the day of I call and they say our group would have to wait 2 hours between groups/tables getting to eat. What the… they were serious and thought that was acceptable and that came straight from the manager. I recommend a new career not in restaurant or customer service for her. We went over to chili’s they took care of us properly

Placed a takeout order thru the website. I arrived on time and the order came out within minutes. When I got home I realized that they did not include the Combo App Platter or a side of Sauteed Mushrooms. Additionally, my Roadhouse Burger container has 2 mini marshmallows in it. I know yesterday was Father's Day and they were slammed so I waited until today to call for am adjustment. Don't bother, I was caught in phone queue hell. I could not get anybody on the phone for 30 minutes. I'd give 3 stars if I could have fixed this without going back to the restaurant in person. Oh, and I asked for silverware and did not get it.

I've been here a handful of times. Most the time it was not great. The most recent time I went was only because I was gifted a certificate. But it was the best time I've had there. The food was great, the servers were fantastic and the atmosphere was awesome. Usually when I go there I get the wrong steak or drink or both. But this last time was perfect.

For a so-called Steakhouse, you cannot cook a steak to the proper temperature and you never let the meat rest! Blood always all over the plate! Get it together! I don’t care if you’re a chain.

Always outstanding. I drive an hour several times a year to eat there. Bone in rib eye with mushrooms and onions! Amazing everytime!

Very consistent in terms of service, food and atmosphere. Definitely a no brainer when looking for something to eat for dinner

The link they text you was down, the App was down, on hold for hour to be told not taking to go orders. I dont recommend.

My steak and load banked potatoe was amazing. I was surprised how many people they actually had dinnering inside but my husband and I felt safe and enjoyed our date night.

Great service and wonderful food as always! Came here for a surprise bday celebration and left very full and happy! The staff accommodated us really well and service was expedient!

Very nice! Since the epidemic started, my wife and I haven't been out to dinner. We had alot of fun and the service was great! It's feels awesome that things are getting back to normal.

The food was very good. Curbside pick up system works very well. They had the food out within 5 minutes of the specified time. The order was perfect too the got all of the requests just right. I will go back again. All of the food was very tasty.

Love this place! Never an unpleasant experience. Best bet to save waiting time is to download and use the app. Staff is friendly, food is good. My wife and I frequent this restaurant often.

It was really good customer service was amazing super nice. But do not eat the country fried steak it is pretty bad. But literally everything else was amazing my girls food was super good
