Amazing service from the lady who answered the phone I hope I’m spelling her name right -Katy
To the all the ladies up front when we got there, they were very attentive.
To our server Juliana and the staff who sang happy birthday for my little brother.
Juliana was overall amazing from the moment we sat down, very knowledgeable and suggested other alternatives of food selections that fit my liking.
Super calm and collective-for a party of 7
I will continue to come back and I know we will have too service.
Mostly people are quick to write negative reviews.
Thankfully, this was a good one.
Keep up the good work guys!

Service and other things were good
The food was nah. Under the standards of Texas Roadhouse. I prefer other locations.

As soon as came inside the establishment, I already knew I was gonna like the food. The Food was Amazing! And our Waiter Nick was an Amazing Guy! 10/10 Would Come Back Again.

This visit left a lot to be desired. I have been a Texas Roadhouse guest for many years and have enjoyed my dine-in and takeout visits at all the others. It was my fiance's birthday so we opted for takeout and parts of pur order was missing. I specifically asked the young man if everything was in the bag and he ressured me 3x that they were. We drive home which is about 10 minutes from there and our loaded mashed potatoes and the gravy for the steaks were missing. Additionally, we had to wait over 20 mins for our order even with a 45 min expected pick up tome. We chose to just call it a day and were able to find alternatives but for the cost and we even gave a tip it was disappointing. I did try to call and speak with someone 3 times (2 hang ups and the third time i was on hold for quite some time before i hung up). We definitely will not visit this location again.

I love Texas Road House I frequent the one in NY Rochelle, live closer in queens now to East Meadow location. I’ve also visited Texas road house in PA And Massachusetts as well…. And today was the first time I’ve been seated and not offered or given bread. Those sweet buns with the sweet butter is one of the main reasons my family comes to Tecas Road house we love it …. Our waiter comes Freddy talks to us introduced himself and and ask if we are ready to order? I tell him no we just got here, that we have 3 toddlers so we trying to settle in and settle the kids, so he says no problem I’ll be right back…. Still did not offer bread or bring bread to us on his own, a few mins later he comes back takes our order leaves…. Still no bread! My oldest daughter ordered a half slab of ribs and a baked loaded potato with NO Bacon, I had the prime rib my wife a sirloin and steak bites for the little ones with veggies. …still no bread! I had to ask a bus boy who asked a girl who seems like a supervisor that my table was requesting some bread, she said sure no problem my daughter gets her entre then the bread finally arrives immediately followed by all our entres, my daughters baked potato had bacon after we told our waiter Freddy no bacon…. We told the server he said sorry that they was gonna send her out another potato but after we all stuffed our faces finish our meals…. We did have a nice Catus blossom onion which was good but once we are all done and I’m ready to ask for the bill 35 mins later here comes that potato. We weren’t offered trays to take our food home I had to wait and keep calling and asking for things…this was by far the worst service I ever had at a Texas road house and I probably will not come here again, it was a Monday night the place wasn’t even busy at all…the food was good all taste good and fresh I’m a cook myself at a restaurant so compliments to the cooks chef and back of the house but this negative review is all for the front house staff and lousy service My level of satisfaction was definitely shown on our waiters tip

Horrible experience waited for food for over 40 minutes. And still no food until i said bring me the bill please and then the food appeared. I said i didnt want it. Just charge me for what i ate. They still ended up charging me for the entire meal. So they had to delate my card and charge me the correct price.

This location is horrible customer service is so rude. The host was very rude. They told us our table would be ready at 6 but when I went to check on the table they said it was changed to 8: 30. I would rather drive the extra 20 min to go to the one in deer park!

Usually enjoy a lot. This time seemed messy, probably understaffed though I saw a lot of workers. Bathrooms were filthy.

We've been fans for years. Texas Roadhouse is my husband's favorite go to place for his birthday and any other chance he gets. Steaks are always delicious and perfectly seasoned. Sides are tasty too. I like their green beans so much, I order double as my two side dishes. Wait staff always friendly. Also, I buy gift cards for my husband for occasions so we have excuse to go there again.

Amazing steak and amazing ribs, absolutely juicy and tender. If you go make sure to ask for Chris as your server. He was super attentive and almost read our minds multiple times. Plus - don’t tell the manager - he gave me the mushroom and onion add on at no extra charge. Great Experience, will visit again.

I went to Texas Roadhouse today, after not being there for a while.all I ordered was a combo appetizer, and a coke, ordered the combo appetizer with no meat.got there at 2: 15p, by 3 o'clock, still no food! They claim, they had bacon bits on the potato skins, thats why the redo.unacceptable, that it was taking so long. I walked out.asked to speak to the manager, i was annoyed beyond belief! Stay clear from this dump, its evident they do not care about the customers

Really good food. We go there for the steaks which are cooked really well and are a good price. I recommend downloading the app to get yourself on the wait list before you arrive.
