Texas Roadhouse, Rochester NY

We called ahead at 6 and were told 1 hour. Naturally we killed time walking around the home store and showed up at 645. After checking in and heading to the bar my wife and I had two drinks each taking up 1 more hour. At this point I returned to the check in point to be told another 35 minutes at least. Following? Thst means after over two hours of waiting with a call ahead I had not ben sat. Never again!

Food and service was great with a friendly atmosphere. Pretty popular place to eat so you may have to wait without calling ahead.

The only good thing about our experience was the server. She was awesome. The food is just terrible, unless you like completely over salted foods. Couldn't even taste the food - just salt. They need to understand that unseasoning is usually better than over. Definitely won't be back.

Good food. Excellent quality with all their steaks. A very satisfying meal. The only thing I did not like was that it was a little too noisy in there.

Stopped by the new Greece location for lunch the other day. We were quickly seated and our waitress Sonja, who was kind and attentive, took our orders right away. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for the portions. At the end of our meal, the manager checked on us to ensure our satisfaction, which was a nice touch. Overall a wonderful experience and we'll be sure to return!

I've been there at least 6 times and it's always been excellent. Our server Shannon was so friendly and gave us outstanding service.

Unfortunately, being 6 p.m. On a Saturday night, we, as a party of 2, had a wait of over 90 minutes. No bueno and the entrance is poorly planned! Finally seated, we received TOP NOTCH service from our server, Caryn! She promptly brought our drinks, timing the appetizer and salads perfectly before the entrees. In the meantime, she kept checking in to see if we were happy or needed anything. This person is a great asset to your company and a great example for the kids working there! We'll be back and will be asking for her! BTW the food was delicious and we'll prepared! Great prime rib

Delicious food! Our waitress was awesome. Reasonable prices. Beware there's peanuts on the tables so not a place for people with food allergies.

The call ahead worked out good, called 1 hour before we wanted to eat, arrived and waited five minutes on a busy Saturday night. The atmosphere wasn't bad except we were seated on the perimeter of the bar and felt like people we're leaning on me while we ate.

The bread w/ cinnamon butter was good, the blooming onion was better than and fair or festival I've been too. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great, the loaded baked potato was okay and the ribs were gross.

Server was overly friendly, boarderline annoying. She brought a water as a refill for my Sprite.

Overall it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't break my neck to go back.

The ribs fell off the bone and were delicious! The waitress was very attentive to what was going on at our large group table. The bbq sauce is great! Loved it there!

This was our first trip to this location and it was the first time I had the onion thing that it wasn't real greasy! Waitress was excellent.

The food was good if lukewarm but we had to waitalmost 40 minutes for the food to arrive but they were busy so that has to be taken into account

Sadly disappointed we have been to Texas Roadhouse all over the country and the service was awful! Our waitress checked on use once! And when she did come back she apologized because she ran into someone she hasn't seen in years! Umm okay, so 20/30 min catch up session while its dinner time. Hmmm. I'm a military veteran and am usually impressed with customer service. But in this particular location very disappointed!

Very good good. Must get there early. It is very noisy. They have a lot of workers which are needed for the large crowds.

I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere, the service and the food. Their bread was melt in your mouth fresh while the rest of my order was cooked to perfection. Totally enjoyable visit.
