TGI Fridays, Buffalo NY

Ordered a "quick" 10$ lunch meal - received it after waiting 25 minutes after the time it said it was ready. There were 2 people in the restaurant and there were only 2 tickets on the station. I would recommend the manager help in the kitchen if someone is missing.

I ordered the boneless wings with sauce and received Ranch and no sauce. No seating area for takeout waiting. Music is blaring from the kitchen and the waitress has to yell over it to the cook. (I don't mind music playing but if you literally can't hear, why not try turning it down?)

Definitely won't order from here again, hopefully it becomes a good local restaurant when they shut down.

Absolute embarrassment of a restaurant. Waited over 45 minutes past pickup time for a simple to-go order of a lunch special. No accountability, management clearly doesn't care. Let this place close down if they aren't willing to do the bare minimum.

On October 9,2023 at 2: 43 PM, I wasn't greeted at the door, so I sat at the bar, but still no greeting. I asked the bartender if they served food at the bar and they said yes. When I asked for a menu, they said they would be with me in a moment, but it only takes a few seconds to hand over a menu. I waited for another 5 minutes and eventually left. I'm not sure if the bartender was having a bad day or overwhelmed, but the service was really disappointing!

Never again will I go here. My family and I went here split the bill between card and cash. Ended up get charged on the card twice so I paid a certain amount on the card and then another amount in cash they proceed to charge me for what I paid in cash on my card. I bring it up to the cashier and manager was told it would be back on card after midnight. Not true. 3 days later I called them 50 to 60 times never got answer then finally I did the manager picked up and was extremely rude and snarky basically hung up in my face. So I called another manager at a different location to help me and he did but nothing past that. 30 days later no refund on the double charge. I’m still waiting to get my money back. NEVER GO HERE. THE MANAGER IS A JOKE AND THEY MAY STIFF YOU TOO!

It was dark, dingy, floor was sticky, it was definitely a nightmare, to go bag was sticky, this is not even close to what a TGIF should look like.

My older brother and I stopped in for an early dinner about 5 PM. Plenty of parking across the street if driving and easy access of you are taking city transit. We started off with an order of onion rings- very good and it came with a whiskey sauce and is also good with ketchup. Alexis was very attentive, made recommendations when my brother was unsure of sauces that paired well with his ribs. He got a half rack of ribs with the whiskey sauce, a side of fried shrimp, fries, and garlic bread. It came out hot and he enjoyed it. I put together a nice low carb meal with two grilled chicken breasts, a brocolli cole slaw, and a tomato, coke, and onion side salad which was pretty good. All of it was good. Nice atmosphere, clean bathrooms, handicap accessible, and consistent food and service. Wish I had room for desert. Certainly recommended!

I try to the new chicken wings at TGI Fridays. I love before ate it. I looked at it and expected it and it looked at pink pinkish shut it down. I’m coming to help department and the buffalo news.

So ORDINARY! NEVER RETURN to this Restaurant. Food Phew! Service almost given 1 hundred tip & Ambiance Oh la la!

My family was disappointed with the service that we received on September 23rd of this month. The waiter assigned to us he didn't listen to nothing and absolutely no accountability for his actions. Sadly we didn't know his name due to no badge on the waiter.

This was my third visit to this location, and food has always been good to great. Service at the bar, though, hasn't been. Tonight the bartender (yellow Crocs and earbud in one ear), after a wait as he was chatting with customers, poured the beer in the photo. For $7 a pint, it should be a full pint. Drinks menu was stuck together and the bar surface was filthy. While I had stopped in to have a couple of beers and some food, I chose to close out and find another venue. Having bartended myself, it was less than a one-star experience.

I ate the boneless wings here three times, the first two were ok. The third is literally inedible.

Do not order food online for pick up without first calling the restaurant to make sure it's open. When I went to pick up my order, the restaurant was closed, with no way of reaching anyone to get my money back. Had to go through my credit card company to get the charge removed. Epic, epic fail: If you are not open, you should not be accepting orders.

My girl & I just went to grab some drinks and food. Bartender was great very friendly, but the food took forever.which I appreciate! Food came out hot and I had the chicken Alfredo it was ok maybe not the right noodle choice. I'd rather have fettuccine. My girl got the fried shrimp which was cooked to perfection, crispy and good. The pretzel bites with the quest was also very good. Overall I was happy. Oh and the drinks were very delish.

Service here has always been poor, going back YEARS. I only go when I want specific promotional deals. The rewards program is a joke because the app is unusable. Not virtually unusable, completely unusable.

I remember coming to this location and it was the best time EVERY time! My husband and I had a much needed date day last Sunday, we sat at the bar because we stood at the host stand for a good 5 to 8min without anyone greeting us. We ordered some drinks from the bar (the bartender was super kind) after our 2nd drink we decided to order the trio app. We then got another drink and waited for our app (just one mind you). 45min later we still had no app. I asked the bartender if our app would be out soon and she said the kitchen closed (at this time it was only about 6pm) down for a little while due to to many orders!? !? Mind you there was MAYBE only 7 tables seated, mainly 2tops and one 8top……. But she said not to worry our order made it on before the kitchen closed…… The bar got pretty full and the bartender (even tho was very kind and hardworking) was very overwhelmed and could not keep up with the service of the bar nor the drinks ordered at the few tables that were seated……. It’s just a shame how downhill this location went! The manager didn’t even come out to apologize for the long wait or service. We overheard the servers complaining about the manager and how he doesn’t care about this place and they’re the ones that have to deal with the angry customers and that the cooks were too high/buzzed to even keep up with their jobs…… overall a disappointment and we will never go there again.

Horrible everything food not good came out cold and overcooked short staffed the waiter was nice but she could not do everything alone

Short staffed, can only place one wing order per person at a time. Manager was adamant on not placing 2nd order until 1st order was eaten. Had to wait at least 30 minutes for the next double order of wings which are already pre cooked. Extra charge on the bill for sauce on the side, (which was not requested) when wings were not sauced on their end. My time there should not have exceeded over 2 hours for 40 wings with a couple of sides.

To start off, atmosphere was lifeless and dull, the floors were dirty and there was awful smell surrounding the area. Our food was cold and stale and felt like it came straight from the microwave. The fish and chips was hideous, the fish had a rubbery texture that made it look like it came straight out of a packaging. The ribs weren't much better either, they were stale, cold and barely had any meat on them. Absolutely awful experience.

I had a nice chicken sandwich and fries. The restuarant itself felt sticky and needed some cleaning done.

Was told at 7pm the kitchen is closed. Staff just lazy and don't want to work. How sad that at 7pm this place called it quits for the day.
