I love this Condominium.
Close to the ferry/fast ferry on 13 acres which include tennis courts, children's playground, 2 gyms, dog run, 2 BBQ areas and plenty of parking. I have nothing but great things to say about The Accolade.
A penthouse recently sold for 1.9M making it the highest sale for a Staten Island condo. The views alone are magnificent and every sunrise spectacular.
In my opinion, this residential building, named the Accolade Condominiums, is one of the more desirable, exclusive, and luxury apartments available for an individual to rent on the entirety of Staten Island. With possible the best view of Manhattan and the New York City skyline from Staten Island (at least arguably top 5 viewpoints of the city from Staten Island if not from any location), and many amenities that other residential complexes simply cannot even begin to provide, Accolade Condos is for sure something to aim for, plan achievements to accomplish residency, and dream about for anyone aspiring for their future
