Moved in as well
It was tough moving in with only two elevators available but we managed to get it done in three trips.
We did notice the AC running slow. Hopefully this will improve after all, The Tenants are paying for their own wattage. The mailboxes are right on the first floor in an open area, I did notice some boxes left in this little hall of mailboxes once, I could see where this may potentially be problematic. Maybe the owners can have a door installed in the front of this area that only tenants can access with their keys or make sure that the postal delivery service places these boxes in the room towards the back of this hall.
The roof top is a lovely space.
Let’s keep our grills clean after each use folks so we can all continue to enjoy them!

Moving is very stressful and completely exhausting though a man of few words his demeanor was much appreciated!

This apartment building is a scam and I wish I never moved in. They price and market it as a luxury building but nothing about it is luxury. The materials used to design the apartments are cheap and are already sharing wear and tear. The building was poorly made and I have had issues since day 1 of moving in, including, electricity wire issues (my electricity was incorrectly wired with my neighbors), Wi-Fi not working, low water pressure, peeling walls, strange odors, AC not working. The list goes on and every neighbor I’ve spoken to has had similar issues. Save yourself and stay away from this building.

Do not move here if you want to actually receive packages that are mailed to you - they will be stolen and the apartment does not have appropriate security / video cameras.

Also do not move here if you expect maintenance to respond to / fix basic requests in any reasonable amount of time
