The Annex WNY

Very nice building! Great rustic country feel inside. I don't personally love the 'L' shape layout inside. The appetizer was right ahead as you walk in and check in to our event and the bar on the other side so there was a ton of traffic right at the main entryway of the building.

I'm a little late to "the party". My amazing husband wanted my 50th Birthday Party to be extra special, so we decided to have it at The Annex. It took place back in April of this year. Sam and Steph are simply THE BEST! I most definitely made 2 new forever friends with them.
Earlier this year during one of their open houses, we decided to go there and look around since neither one of us had ever seen the inside. ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! Of course, living out in this area and driving by it all the time, I was not expecting anything less than perfection when entering for the first time.
Sam and Steph were absolutely amazing that day and answered all of our questions. When we left, we both knew that that is where we wanted my 50th. I was so excited and so blessed to be able to have it here.
The entire process was effortless with Sam and Steph's amazing help and guidance AND patience because I constantly had many, many questions:)
It was THE MOST (besides our wedding), gorgeous and perfect day EVER! I could literally go on and on about how perfect the day was and how I NEVER wanted it to end. My guests had an amazing time and we still talk about it to this day.
Sam and Steph. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for being soooooo AMAZING and making my 50th THE BEST EVER! I will forever be so grateful to both of you. You are such sweethearts. I keep telling my husband that I need to have my birthday parties there every year:)

We got married on October 14th at The Annex and couldn’t be happier! Sam and Steph were amazing to work with. They were transparent from the very first day we toured, and were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the planning process. This venue is absolutely beautiful and spacious with a lot of indoor space as well as outside accommodations, giving you many options to make the wedding your own. Sam and Steph helped us work through different plans based on the weather and are very knowledgeable on how to work with different layouts. We received a lot of great feedback after our wedding from guests saying they loved our venue. We highly recommend The Annex!

The Annex WNY is truly a perfect, breathtaking venue and we are so grateful that we got to share our wedding day with everyone we loved at such an incredible venue. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the level of service provided by Sam and Stephanie throughout our entire planning process and wedding day was more than we could have ever asked for. They were patient with our questions, provided amazing vendor recommendations and helped to make sure our wedding day went perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or better people to work with!

I was there for a wedding and it was beautiful! The ceremony was outside and was perfect! The stone feature and water background makes a nice backdrop. The outdoor patio with fire pits were great in the evening. All the staff was excellent and the food was good. Great place!

I attended my niece’s wedding last weekend at this spectacular, unique venue. Every detail was taken care of, and everyone who helped with the celebration was kind, professional, and clearly experts in their field. I can’t recommend the Annex highly enough!

Most of their reccomedations were awful and further lead to a disaster of a wedding. Not a lot of good to say - owners are so sweet until it’s the week of your wedding and it’s a total 180. Don’t believe their manicured social media or responses back to negative comments - it’s all fake and passive aggressive to save face and get in with big wedding vendors for clout. Could go on and on about all the bad things. I will say the venue is beautiful. Only good thing about it besides recommending Slylighters Fireworks which was the only thing that saved the night.

As a wedding photographer, The Annex WNY is an absolute DREAM to work with. Finding like-minded & genuinely kind hearted individuals can, at times, be tough within such a cut throat industry. They TRULY care and love for their clients so deeply and go above and beyond for each of their couples. If you want to bring a vision to life, they will work tirelessly to make it happen! I truly do not have enough kind words to say about their owners, staff, and the entire venue; I cannot wait to be back this season and next!

As my husband and I enter into 2023, one of our goals was to take time and reflect on our wedding day. With this reflection, comes a LARGE "thank you, " to everyone who was involved. Our vendors worked so hard to ensure we would have the most beautiful day. For that, we will be forever grateful. The Annex WNY made our day gorgeous, seamless, and family-oriented. What more could you ask for as a bride/groom? ! All of our wedding day wants/needs were met by The Annex, AND exceeded our expectations. Whether it be a total dance party with a bridal quick change, firework display, or a sparkler exit, you can count on them to make your wedding dreams come alive. Sam and Steph, thank you for all of your hard-work. We appreciate your love and kindness throughout our entire wedding-planning process. We couldn't have done it without you both. XOXO.

The Annex is not only a BEAUTIFUL space, Sam and Steph are literally the best! They made planning our wedding and the big day flawless! They invest so much time and effort into making each of their clients’ experience enjoyable and stress free. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the lovely ladies running it.

I’ll start this review with as concise a summary as possible- the baseline of our experience: The Annex was, without question, the easiest and best decision we made and the entirety of our wedding would never have been the same without Steph and Sam. Before we even booked they were already going above and beyond for us, from tours and helpful advice to answering my endless questions and emails (if communication matters to you, these are your people!) it was clear from the start their couples matter to them far beyond the level of business. We toured and researched countless venues all across NYS but when we saw The Annex we knew we found the one and meeting them only solidified that decision. They took the time to get to know us, treated us like family, and truly made us feel like VIPs! The venue itself is, of course, stunning and the versatility of the space is downright impressive. Their pricing is fully transparent. We never felt there was a question we couldn’t ask, and always knew they were being completely candid with us. They’re truly just good people- there’s a reason couples keep in touch with them after! And the amount of “everything” they handle and how seamlessly they do so is nothing short of mind blowing, throughout the entire process and especially the day of your wedding! The level of stress they remove from planning is astronomical. There are so many things that never even occurred to us to worry about because they were already handled for us without a word. It’s a wonderful thing to look back on your wedding and say with full confidence there isn’t a single thing you would change, and The Annex was the foundation of that. We (clearly) can’t say enough about how much we loved our entire experience and highly, highly recommend them for any and all events. They are so beyond worth it!

I worked a friend’s wedding with Steph and Sam & their crew. What a great spot. Professional, prepared and were super helpful even though we forgot a specific tool to disassemble a decoration. (Sorry!) Thanks again.
