Beautiful building. The real estate agent Frumie was very nice, informative, and professional. We did not move forward because of the price but wanted to write this review because it is rare to see agents not be incredibly pushy- they truly are great at what they do.

The Arc at Westchester Place is a beautiful building that offers an array of modern apartment options with luxurious amenities that make it an easy choice for anyone looking to move to the New Rochelle area. More importantly, the team of staff members are always very kind and more than willing to go out of their way to provide excellent service for each member of the community. Whether it be the front desk concierges, valet staff, maintenance crew, or tenant relations, The Arc community is always striving to make your experience a positive one. Additionally, my agent Frumie was incredibly helpful; I greatly appreciated her quick response time while helping me navigate through the lease process, promptly answering all questions I had to help make it a seamless transition. I am happy with my decision to move here and am confident that other community members would say the same.

Moved into The Arc yesterday, and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I knew as soon as I walked into the building that this was a place I wanted to live in. Huge thank you to my leasing agent, Frumie, for giving a great tour of the unit/building, and for following up on various communications! The staff are extremely polite, and I already feel so welcome after day one. I’m excited to explore New Rochelle and get to know the area. If you’re rooking for a new place with great deals, amazing amenities & a quick commute to the city, this is the place for you!

Beautiful apartment and nice staff. The whole process from viewing, leasing to move-in was very easy thanks to the people working there. Our leasing agent Frumie was super responsive, helpful and was there for us throughout. We’ve since moved in and the superintendent & team have been great and are quick to help.

She was extremely professional, honest, helpful, and went out of her way on multiple occasions throughout the process.

Nicest most luxurious building in new rochelle! Manhattan style just better price.stunning amenties overlooking long island sound, feels like Miami Beach. Projects under construction are sometimes beyond ownership control due to bureaucracy in this case owners were very forthcoming offering various financial concessions to accommodate tenants.

Very pleasant people to deal with. Very stress free, the owner of the building was very kind throughout. Def. Reccomend this place. The building is a state of the art and the apartment is beautiful, I am so excited about this!
