The Blue Dog reviews
17Absolutely loved the ambiance of this restaurant and the eggs benedict & roasted potatoes were off the charts!
A quaint spot with exceptional decor. The food choices and specials were outstanding. The staff were friendly and efficient.
The short rib is very delicious, highly recommended. Don't force the environment, the space is relatively small, and if the neighbor table is noisy, it's really hard not to listen. Just enjoy the food, not a good place to chat.
Lovely place, really noisy but nice, cozy and cool. Very hipster in the best way there is. There’s gluten free options with no extra price. Bathroom is clean and the staff was lovely too!
Very nice spot for brunch. Small, cozy and busy when I arrived. Nice decor, friendly staff and fantastic food.
We had brunch here on Saturday and it was lovely. The avocado toast was divine! The only thing to keep in mind is the space is compact and they have a big communal table so don't be surprised if you end up sitting with other people. We didn't mind it so it was fine, but I did notice other groups come in and leave shortly after. It was about a 30 min wait for Saturday brunch.
Excellent but small menu! Food quality and presentation are top notch. Service is excellent.
Glenn Coco is an excellent cocktail. The bass was delicious. The bar stools need backs and are not great for eating a meal. I’d wait for a table. Service was friendly and quick.
Great food. Kind of a hidden location but well worth it. Recommend the Buffalo cauliflower.
Had an amazing experience at this place for brunch! We arrived right when it opened at 8: 30 to beat the crowd, and it was worth it. The omelette and salmon benedicts were absolutely delicious. The lattes were silky and smooth, the perfect way to start the day. The only downside is that the place is a bit tight, so arrive early or be prepared for a cozy atmosphere. Overall, I give it 5 stars for the delicious food and great coffee!
I was rather disappointed - I went for the steak and eggs brunch meal, and it wasn't properly prepared - I asked for accomodations and assistance and was met with an attitude/air that I did not appreciate. I felt as if I was an annoyance or a bother and I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated or valued.
Food selection was smaller than I expected. But what was delivered was good and kudos for the speed of delivery after we ordered. Really good wine by the glass. Sitting inside is a little tight in the seating and outside is cold and windy. But the atmosphere inside is fine with nice details in the lighting and the tables. I prefer not to use scanned menus but managed.
Burgers. Sat outside in alcove cause there were 6 of us and no room inside. It was all fine.
This place was so good! It was the best chicken and waffles I have ever had! No joke! The place is pretty small so make rservations if you can or expect to wait. We were told we would have to wait an hour+, but we ended up sitting outside even though it was kind of cold. Didn't ruin the experience though. We had a great time
A solid place for casual brunch with friends and family. The crunchy French toast is consistently good, which comes with caramelised maple bananas. The other dishes are pretty mid, but generous portion sizes.
Sit outside for quiet seating. BUSSIN chicken and waffles. Great brunch place. Food comes out quick
