His balayage and haircut are just perfect. He is just fantastic! The boutique is super cute, in a very nice neighborhood, and his team is also great! And on top of all that, Paulinho is a sweetheart. Paulo completed an outstanding job on my hair. He corrected color & it was perfect. He gave me a great hair cut. My hair looked so good after Paulo finished.
