The Bread Factory, New York NY

One of my favorite places to have lunch when we used to go to work a long long time ago. The one near my work closed but am so happy this one has managed to survive the downturn in the economy. Their pasta and wok bar is amazing and so are their prices.

Ordered a sandwich from here on seamless and the meat was brown and old and the cheesecake tasted like it was refrigerated near food that made it taste onions. Nothing was fresh.

Great place for a quick bite. Food is really fresh and delicious, staff very friendly and efficient to get you going on your way. There is also seating available if you choose to sit in. Well kept, very clean, and music in background. Much more options than a Starbucks and there is a restroom and wifi for customers.

Poor service. Food okay. Nothing you would tell your friends about. I would go back only if I am too hungry and all other options were not available.

Very fresh food. Even the sandwiches that are out are well maintained. They also have a pasta bar with good options.

WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. SOLD ME OLD FOOD. PIZZA HAS NO SAUCE. EMPLOYEES WERE TALKING ABOUT ME IN SPANISH. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR SMH. VERY OVER PEICED. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Very good moka coffee with almond croissant, really enjoyed the breakfast! And very affordable price

The food was fine.
I am giving two stars for the customer service.
The two times I went, i was rushed each time at the counter. I was supposed to recieve garlic bread with my pasta and each time when i asked for it, i was looked at like if I was an idiot for asking and the bread given to me was not warm or garlic bread.
Honestly, I dont see myself going back.

The food is good but it depends on the time of day you go. Service is not always as great but they still maintain a friendly atmosphere

The food here is really good. I have to say I have no complaints. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars though is because it is rather pricey. For basic stuff it can be rather expensive.

Unfortunately this is not as good as it once was. I gave them 4 stars a year ago but since then there are new owners and the food and cakes are nothing like they once were. It tastes like they are using subpar quality ingredients especially in their cakes and the tastes are completely different now and not very good anymore.

Very fresh, delicious bread. Great spot to have a bite to eat for breakfast, and good bagels for brunch on sat and sun!

The worker there are racist everytime i go there they till me to pay for my food before they make it but when a white person orders there food they pay after they make it I seen it done to a lot of time to black people.

I waited almost 2 hrs for my order to be delivered 9 blocks. My food was cold when I received it and on top of that when I called the shop to find the status of my order the staff was very rude. By the time I got my order it was already end of business day and I was already leaving work.

Food is good but their delivery has become the worst! I made an order at 9: 24AM and it's now 10: 45AM! I did call and was told my food was on the way.that was over 20 minutes ago. I'm never going to order for delivery again!
