Did the holiday potion brewing session with my friend and we had a blast. It was expensive, but you get a decent number of drinks for the price, it has awesome ambience and decoration with the added bonus of a fun and memorable experience.

We paid $75 each and we're guaranteed 4 drinks (1 welcome prosecco, 1 candy cane shot, and 2 brewed cocktails). Ultimately, we received 5! They offered sparkling cider as a replacement for the welcome prosecco if you don't want to overdo it on booze or not partaking, which is what I opted for. Once they bring you upstairs to your table, they gather you up to cast a spell and pour a drink yourself - either a hard cider, mocktail mixer, or house sangria (this was the extra drink). I got the hard cider (pretty standard down east) and my friend got the sangria, which was not great honestly.

Next, you choose your 2 cocktails from a set list of 4 options. 2 of them were rum based, 1 was vodka, and 1 was whiskey. There is no swapping jngredients, aside from making it a mock tail version. Your party must agree on the options you choose, so if you all have varying tastes this may be difficult. We did not realize there would be so few options, so we didn't consider that there may not be any tequila or gin, our normal preferences. So we went with the vodka option, since it seemed most neutral. We asked our "potion master" which pption he would recommend based on fun and flare and he suggested the whiskey based cocktail, which we swapped out to be a mocktail instead. Both drinks were involved enough to be fun and engaging, but short enough not to lose interest. I honestly liked our mocktail the best! The candy cane shot was served in an adorable little glass and looked so fun, and was actually pretty good!

The ambience was so fun. It definitely felt like you wandered into a pub in hogsmeade or something. Perhaps a tiny bit kitschy and campy, but worth it for the nostalgia of Harry Potter. Overall, I highly recommend, even if you are not a huge fan of cocktails or dont want to drink, if you can sub out one to be a mocktail, it's still worth it!

I recently attended the Christmas potion making experience and I was blown away. Our potion master, Griffith, did an outstanding job with our group. He came prepared with a backstory that fed into the experience. Would definitely recommend. The atmosphere was welcoming and the experience was well worth the price.

Called around 4: 30pm about if I have to make a reservation of we were planning on just swinging by late to get a drink at the bar and was told no they can see plenty of openings, we should be good. We go all the way from uptown just to see a sign on the door that says "Private Event. " Thanks for wasting our time and getting us excited for no reason. Could have told us that on the phone.

Didn't have any food from here, as it wasn't allowed during the experience. We did the potion experience, and it was tons of fun. Made 2 awesome drinks and had a blast doing it. Super magical atmosphere. Cool host as well. Drinks ended up being great, and I definitely left feeling good!

I've been to the Cauldron a few times. Usually, I have drinks downstairs at the bar. The place is cute and kitschy and fun. Friends and I have gone to ABBA drag bingo and had a blast. A friend and I recently got tickets for the high wizard tea. My friend had done it before, it was my first time. Our server was kind of inattentive, and didn't come over for several parts of the tea experience apparently (my friend had been multiple times, so luckily she knew what to do). The server came over to tell us our time was almost up, my friend asked about the second part of the tea experience, and the person was embarrassed and rushed us through the 2nd half. Probably wouldn't do the wizard tea thing again because the experience was a let down. I guess it depends on the server and the day

My kids really loved the hot cocoa class today. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful seeing how it's a bar at night, it was really clean and looked very festive.

4/5; I would say, as an add on, maybe be able to purchase more treats, would be a bonus.

The waitress was definitely attentive, but she was taking care of the entire group. I would say a little
More help, maybe a coloring activity or something for the kids while they wait, but really fun and would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience at The Cauldron. David, our potion master, was an absolute delight. His enthusiasm and expertise made our visit truly magical. The interactive potion-making experience was both entertaining and engaging. We would happily return for another enchanting adventure at The Cauldron!

Such a fun atmosphere. Great drinks. The cauldron class is really fun and worth the money (and I really appreciate the non alcoholic options). We are going to do the tea, and probably make the cauldron class a yearly tradition. I would come here just to read or hang out with a drink!

. We took mixology class. Fun.class is great for up to 4 people. Drink was good too. Fun even if not taking class. Really fun drinks. (smoking and colorful type). We had the best French fries of the entire weekend here!

Had an amazing time brewing potions with a group of friends! Eight of us went, we sat together at two tables next to each other, and worked in groups of four. The staff were absolutely lovely. Thank you for a wonderful night!

I had so much fun going here with ny boyfriend making "potions". Even though this spot has no food it is still worth the visit.

I really wanted to love this - we came for the Halloween Potions Class, and it was really disappointing overall. For context, it is $80+ per person which includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a magical house cocktail, 2 cocktails that you make in your potions class and a shot. Here’s why I am giving only 3 stars:

- we did not get our welcome drinks and had to ask upwards of 5 times in order to get them. Not a great start.

-the magical house cocktails were cool, although one of the “dispensers” was broken. The sangria was very delicious but very sweet

-potions class was definitely the most fun, and our potions master was engaging, but the experience felt rushed and also very disorganized. You have to read directions off of your phone and your potions master does not guide you through it.

-the drinks we made were undrinkable: they use well spirits at best for these cocktails. The “bourbon” was particularly bad and the vodka, though slightly better, tasted like rubbing alcohol. For the price, please do better.

- the shot was the highlight of the night.

This could have been an easy 5 stars but alas, it was a miss for us

Go-to place for Wizards and muggles, who love Harry Potter or simply magical movies. Potion making class is very fun, you get to make your own cocktails (or mocktails). Cocktails have unique taste as they are made with magic and special ingredients. Very interactive place with amazing decorations. Stayed there for food as well, shich tastes great. Highly recommended activity with friends or family!
