I've been here several times and there has never been a time where I was disappointed.

The food and customer service experience were worth the prices which are a little high. Great place for dining with kids also. I will be back for sure!

Had to wait for 30 min to get a table. The food was OK, but nothing super. Cheesecake was disappointing. Service was mediocre.

This is my 2nd time at this location, the first was years ago. It was a Friday evening around 8pm My husband and I were seated immediately, we ordered appetizer and our drinks but felt rushed to place our entree order as the waiter kept coming to the table every 2-3 minutes, even during dinner which sometimes is good but not every 2-3 minutes. I ordered the Cajun Jambalaya pasta the fettuccini was clumped together and hard, my husband had salmon and the next day he had Diarrhea and was sick. It definitely was fish because we both had the same food to eat that day and the only different food, we had was dinner and I was fine. Other than that, I liked that they had nonalcoholic choices of drinks and a lot of food choices it would have been better if they paid attention to the food quality as it was just sub.

This establishment has a vast number of food choices on the menu. Have been here several times, the food and drink are good. The service is usually good but can spotty especially during busy hours. All in all if you desire a decent meal not too far from Roosevelt Field mall this is the place to go.

Food was a little too salty and the quality- it’s starting to go down from years back. Would still go back, but they better keep an eye on what’s going on…. Just from my observations they have older ppl working and then young ppl that prefer to have their phones in their hands or just talk to each other in a corner until someone tells them to do so something…. Then they walk over to the table and ask if you were waiting long- Really? Take that away, most of them usually at least smile and are nice, but the world today thinks it’s mandatory not only to tip but almost expect more than 20% with sub par service…. I’m ALWAYS a good tipper, but the bad thing is if it’s not worth the tip, I just don’t go back- I’ll never tip low and go back to a place. Maybe I’m starting to get old myself (not really) but at least the one on Long Island is always blasting music like a club! Honestly can lower it a bit and not everyone there like hip hop (again, esp at that high volume) - Is the music for the staff of the ppl bringing the money in? Or the company should realize what demographic of ppl will only be going in there. Brought our parents there for a quick lunch and they couldn’t hear anything- (and no they aren’t deaf, lol) - Again point is, mngr or owner better keep their eyes & ears open…. Or enjoy the downfall or environment- they might want a lower class of kids only or whatever, who knows.

It seems that the major takeaway from The Cheesecake Factory is patience. Make sure you arrive early or with a reservation, otherwise, expect to wait. I was lucky enough to get a table immediately. Obviously, you will have to wait before the appetizer arrives. Although, expect longer than usual wait times for the main course and desserts. Two of the dishes that my table ordered arrived cold, probably from the long wait. Luckily, the server and manager was understandable and was able to get us a new (hot) dish. The lighting was a bit too dim for my family's liking, but it was not a major inconvenience. Of course, you have to try their cheesecakes if you do go!

Grilled salmon was outstanding. Factory chopped salad was excellent. Takeout was busy but well-organized.

The waiter disappeared after bringing us the drinks. Someone else brought out the food (who had an apron on like a kitchen staff), which did take very long to come out. I had to ask someone else for plastic utensils, which my waiter never brought out, not to forget no steak knife with my steak! Almost finished our food, and the waiter finally showed up again and asked if everything was alright. Food was not as tasty as from other locations. I will definitely not be coming back to this location with my first time being so disappointing! But the cheesecake was delicious. Food felt and tasted as if it was sitting in the kitchen longer than supposed to. Maybe because our waiter disappeared and left the food sitting in the kitchen, I'm guessing.

We went to this Cheesecake Factory on Friday around 5pm full of excitment since it was our first time eating there in person since the pandemic. We have gone to this location for many years and have always enjoyed the food and service there. It was a totally different experience this time and it was horrible. We have ordered the Thai Lettuce Wrap which is my favorite appertizer and we also ordered another appertizer along with three entrees. The grill chicken for the Thai Lettuce Wraps was undercooked which we can still see pink inside. We have told the waitress about the issue and she went to get the manager Kareem. Kareem asked if we wanted a new one made ASAP or just cancel it. We asked for a replacement and Kareem took the entire dish away. The replacement never came even after we have almost finished all of our other dishes. I asked the waitress to let the manager know and she basically asked if we just want it cancelled and took it off the bill but never got the manager for us again which is not good service. She also never checked on our table to see if we need anything. When Kareem finally walked by (when not busy checking his phone) I told him the replacement never came which is very upsetting since it really is my favorite dish out of all. He made an annoyed face and just said I told the kitchen to make another one and then he walked away, basically directed the fault to the kitchen, did not have any interest in talking to us and never came back to our table again. Kareem never apologized to us as well which is shocking as a manager since I know Cheesecake Factory is better than that. It totally ruined our whole dining experience and we basically just wanted to finish the food and go home. When the waitress asked if we wanted dessert, we were not in any mood for it that's for sure. I think this type of service is unacceptable and happened at Cheesecake Factory is very surprising. I understand sometimes food might not be perfect which needs to be made again but at least show you care about the customers and try to make them happy when it's clearly the fault of the restaurant. It really makes me think the waitress and Kareem the manager does not know how to handle thrse type of situation which is terrible customer service.

Did not get what was ordered for an appetizer. The waiter gave us what he wanted. Especially when it was repeated twice. The entrees were horrible. My fish was fried in so much oil until it was in the fish itself all you can taste was the oil not the fish. My mates meatloaf was cold. His gravy was lumpy and stiff like the gravy had just been thrown on there from the microwave. When the waiter was told he basically was like okay. He did not offer a reduction off the bill or anything of the nature. Needless to say we will not be returning to this particular establishment in that area. I hope the Manager reviews the criticism. In business all it takes is one bad review to destroy a business. Angry patron

For past two times we have gone there. It’s been too busy and barely any customer service because servers are over worked. They barely get the chance to bust the table twice.
