7Worst customer service I just needed an appointment and the clown at front desk came out with attitude close this place. I just move to the next one. Their loss
Impossible to try and get an appointment!
Can't get anyone on the phone to make an appointment!
Also a Covid test is required to even see your child, nose swab is not accepted, who wants to put there child through that test
Horrible receptionist because, THE lazy guy never pick up my phone, but the dentist was great.
This place would be perfect if they answered the phone so you could make an appointment. I call every day and wait for hours to see if I'm lucky, since I don't have a car and I don't live near the place. They always say that they are busy taking other calls and if you leave a message they never call you.it's ridiculous.
The worst they never pick the phone I'm hold for hour and when you leave a message they never call u back. My daughter didn't see the dentist for year because of them they never pick the phone or don't returning calls. And when going the to make appointment in person you got go there before 3pm because there office is closed. I don't live around corner the go make appointment. It's ridiculous.
I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I have been calling for a follow-up appointment for about 1 year if not longer, with absolutely no response whatsoever. I have left messages on every voicemail I have encountered and not one person has returned my call (s). I am sending an email and hopefully that gets through to someone, otherwise I'll just have to move on, and if so I hope it won't take forever to get records transferred. I dislike the fact that a movie plays in the waiting area to entertain the kids but no one gets up to restart the movie once it's finished (maybe have the equipment near the receptionist desk that way it's easier to operate). This clinic exudes poor customer service at its best.
Don't even waste your time calling for an appointment. No one ever answers the phone and every time I email for an appointment request, there are never any appointments available! Does not matter what time of day or what day of the week I ask for one, nothing is EVER available.
This was the case even before this pandemic started so I don't even want to hear from anyone saying "Due to the current situation. "
Complete waste of time. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Oh, forgot to mention that when I did actually get an appointment, whoever is in the front desk needs to stop texting and put his phone down and attend to whoever is waiting to be helped.
Sucks to have a pediatric dentistry office nearby and it being a hassle to get an appointment.
As for the dentists, I have no complaints. They're respectful and kind.
