The Children's Place, Bronx NY

To the children's place corporation the workers that you have on fordham road and the hub on 3rd ave are very unorganized and unprofessional. There was a big mis understanding with the hiring process and I have been trying to have them help me resolve the issue for two months, from both stores and no one volunteer to help, they kept telling me to call back, I even visited the children's place on fordham,
An no one help, word of advice to your corporation, pay attention to your workers because some of them like ruby are unprofessional and there is no communication, every one should have a chance to try out, especially if you meet there requirements

My kids love childrens place on 3rd ave in the bronx. There are always sales and on all occassians i find myself running in their for help with an outfit and i alwats find what i need. I love their selections for boys, they have beautiful colors, where it is hard to find nice things for boys in other stores.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took a shirt to return for which I had a receipt, NEVER WORN, and they refused to take back the shirt. Went to another children’s place on 125th and they took it back with no issues! Furthermore, I placed an order online for pick up at 8: 30am and it just about 4pm, and it’s still not ready! Not only that, the young lady has no clue what time today, it would be potentially ready? Mind YOU I LITERALLY HAVE TWO ITEMS ON MY ORDER! Never shopping there again!

On five of five visits horrible customer service experiences even when ordering online to pick up in store a day prior pick up order not ready and if you don’t have to wait on a like for 40min to get the order for them to be clueless to the pick up add attitude just unprofessional district manager calls to apologize obviously had to call in on all instances it’s been a bad experience nothing changes.

At the children's place on 149 street n 3rd ave in the Bronx by n I have been waiting in line for over an hour. People are walking out n put their items back thinking about doing the same, this very unacceptable store manager need retraining.

There are usually 2 or only 1 person at the cashiers and so there's always a long and slow line. But also many costumers have argued with the workers because of the not very good service.

Love coming here, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint is usually when I go there's only one cashier and the line could be a little ridiculous at times, but besides that perfect.

Outstanding! I wish when I was a little guy I had a Store like "The Children's Place"

Clothing was all on the floor. We waited for the cashier for 30 min. It was ridiculous. They really need some help.

Love the quality in the material used to make their clothing line. Love how my son looks in their clothing.
