The Computer Shop, Endicott NY

Took my dad’s Computer in for a new battery. They ordered one and called me when it was ready. Got there and they showed me that it worked great. Great customer service and friendly! That’s very important! First impressions are everything! Highly recommend them!

Recently purchased a PC at the shop and couldn't be more pleased with the support and knowledge of Zak, and all the staff I have come in contact with from time to time in the shop. Very happy with the service and would wholeheartedly refer friends and family.

Had issues with my year-old gaming PC that turned out to be a faulty power supply. The young man who helped us was very polite, and I appreciated that he was also very patient with my elderly step-father, who came along and asked a lot of random questions about his own computer that he's having issues with. I'm not particularly tech savvy, but my step-dad makes me look like a computer genius by comparison, so I appreciated how calm and polite the employee remained with him even when his questions bordered on nonsensical, lol.

The price was very good (less than $200 total between parts and work) and was pretty much done within a week. I also felt very good and comfortable leaving my computer with them. I always get nervous leaving electronics at shops because I've had my bank account hacked and had bogus charges made on my card that I have link to different apps and profiles, but they were incredibly professional and made me feel taken care of.

On the whole, I'm very happy with the work and the staff and would highly recommend them! I'll definitely be coming back in the future if I have any other problems or want to look into doing possible upgrades.

Took my mom to get a new laptop charger. They tried a few connectors and even sat and made sure it was charging before ringing her out. Good service.

I would recommend if you're going to get anything repaired please make sure you have cash on hand because they are not going to look at anything unless you pay first.

Very helpful and nice staff, and they fixed my problem quickly. Unfortunately, I thought the repair price was a bit high, but I will definitely return there in the future for electronic problems.

It was touch and go that required several return trips including a stressful one due to it appearing that all my years of files, bookmarks, etc.had been erased. When the experienced tech took a look and made some adjustments the files were made available again. I would recommend some improved communications both in the shop and with the consumer as well as better oversight of newer staff. I am hopeful that all's well that ends well.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had to bring in my laptop, and that's, of course, a daunting process, but they walked me through it and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!
