Disappointing.
The service was good but the burger was not a wow and in the end 2 bugers and a beer were$60.

Regular hamburger and fries was cooking perfectly. Full of flavor, this is a MUST visit restaurant. Staff is welcoming and inviting. Absolutely love it

Nikki is the best! She and her staff made my wife and I feel welcomed to New York. The wings and burgers were amazing. The atmosphere was unexplainable. Nikki and The Counter made our New York experience one we’ll remember forever. I can’t wait to come back to visit.

The food wasn't good at all. There was no flavor, too much bun and not enough burger. The burger was loaded with too many toppings which overpowered the lackluster burger. The staff was nice, but the food was a no for me.

This place made the impossible possible! If you are vegan and love burgers you have to go there. The Impossible Burger just taste unbelievable. Go there and build the best burger you ever had in your life.

High priced hamburgers with average taste, several sports bars near by with better tasting burgers, service was subpar, had to get up and track down waiter to get drink refilled after waiting sometime at table with no service.

It was a pleasure in the restaurant. We got a salad and a burger. The burgers we're moist and delicious. The salad was equally as pleasing. Dry lettus and good dressing. We got a few drinks while we were there. They made plenty of fruity drinks if you don't like the flavor of liquor.

Good burgers, but Extremely expensive. Other than the fact this venue is in Times Sq, its Not worth the price.

Built your own burger, I love this place. I visit it every time I go to NYC. Meat is good, and all the toppings too. It’s just cool that you can build your own meal just depending on your mood.

A need to visit place if you are hungry and near Times Square. Don’t hesitate any longer, go in and enjoy a very nice custom burger!

By far the best milkshake place my family and I went to while we were in NYC. They have build your own so you can customize it, and they are fantastic. The food here is also very good too. But probably one of the best restaurants we went to while we were visiting.

This place is fantastic! We loved it so much after dining there one night, we went back for lunch the next day. Everything is wonderful and the staff is well versed in allergies, specifically, for me, gluten free. There is a separate menu just for gluten free. The staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination, the need to use a separate food prep area and to change gloves. Highly recommend.

Great restaurant. Super good burgers.getting our food did take a while but the staff hooked us up with a couple free drinks for the inconvience.

The food was tasty. Lots of delicious options. I enjoyed the chili the most. Nothing to write home about especially considering the price. But I'm especially pissed about the 20% gratuity tacked on. And still look for a tip? Plus a 20% service charge?

Got a BLT & A for around $11. It was great, but just for a simple sandwich that's overpriced, probably not going to go there again

Maybe I did something wrong? I love the Counter, well everyone but this one. We sat there for 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged our existence. Only workers in site were in the bqck F-ing around and be loud. A few looked at us, but never asked us anything. Couldnt even order a drink. After 15 minutes we walked out, right past some blond lady in some raggy jeans, working at the door. She didnt say one word to us, knowing qe never ordered anything. Worse service ever experienced in my life. Do yourself a favor and just go to Applebees down the block.

Great place if you want a job that involves doing nothing!

Adorable and delicious burger joint. My spouse and I aren't big meat eaters, so we loved being able to build a veggie burger with everything we love. The sauces are delicious as well. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it.

Friendly service. Great burgers. Excellent location. The only way you could go wrong here is when you overdo in making your burger: D

Sat down, got some drinks, filled out a build a burger card, only to be told some of the things I selected were no longer offered. Sadly those items were why I stopped by. Lady said “yeah we haven’t had that in years, we gotta change the menus” uh.yeah. You do. So we left! Moronic experience
