The service was great and PA Torres makes you feel very comfortable and she answers all your questions and concerns thoroughly during your visit. I will be a repeat patient of hers and have already scheduled my follow up visit with PA Torres

Refreshing to walk into a medical office and be attended to right away by admin, staff & doctor - actually felt like I was able to communicate to a considerate doctor rather than feel part of a medical assembly line - highly recommend!

I wasn’t Really Expecting this from the clinic they just gave me like total of 5 minutes of Doctors time and when Doctor merry did not even check my skin and she ask me if the city would be to far to travel for my session and I clearly said yes but she still kept on Recommending me face laser, I I just thought they don’t want me as a patient because when I Questioned Merry about Laser hair Removal she coat me a price that’s it didn’t asked how many session’s I did before or anything at all, I was Really looking forward to starting my service with them but the over all Experience they gave me, it was Terrifying, and when I asked about the mole Removal she referred me to a plastic surgeon, like seriously I asked her you guys are skin Experts you should know the procedure she said I can do it but I would still Recommend plastic surgeon. Horrible. It could have been the other way around but I guess this what they wanted.

I wanted to set up a new appointment. As I am going through the reviews I called I was on hold for like 5 min then picked up I told them I an a new patient would like to set up a appointment puts me on hold and waited for 10 min and hung up on me. I'm glad they showed there ways before I went there. Unfortunately it's sad how it is these days definitely won't be recommended this spot plus they never bothered calling back either! Don't take my word for it go experience it and then regret it!

It's a very nice environment, the registration people, nurse assistant and the doctor are very great and polite.

I had to get injections for a keloid in a very sensitive area and both the doctor and assistance made it a very seamless process. 10/10!

Dr. Martha Torres at the Oceanside location is Amazing. My 3 year old son's eczema has improved tremendously. Dr. Torres is very patient and gentle.
