I got foilyage for the first time with Chris! Foilyage is a combination of foil highlights and balayage techniques. It was a great experience, and I absolutely love the rose gold color he did! There was no damage to my hair. The salon was beautiful and clean as well. Highly recommend this salon and Chris!

Tahlya is the absolute best! Not only she listens and understands what I want to do with my hair, but she goes above and beyond. She truly is so talented and an absolute gem. I walk out happy and satisfied every single time because she manages to deliver exactly what I request. Plus she’s so fun!

I had such an amazing experience with Ciara! She created the perfect hair look for me- it literally is the haircut I have been trying to achieve, but the hair stylists I've been to haven't been able to create the look due to my hair thickness and texture. Ciara easily thinned out my thick hair and feathered it so it curls just right, but when I have tried to get this cut before, I ended up looking like a MUSHROOM. Not to mention, the service was impeccable; Ciara was extremely polite and made me feel so comfortable the entire time (don't get me started on the head massage during my hair wash). I left the beautiful SOHO salon feeling chic, cool, and like my best self.

Had the BEST experience at The Drawing Room with Christian! It was my first time coloring my hair/doing anything major and Chris made me feel so comfortable and taken care of!

He took me from a 3 (very dark brown/ almost black virgin Asian hair) to a 9 (ashy blonde) in one session and managed to keep the damage to my hair at a minimum. It still feels very healthy even after 7 hours of lifting. Christian was very informative about the entire process and explained each step to me and also gave me a lot of advice on how to maintain my hair after— super helpful for a newbie like me! The experience itself was wonderful— 7 hours flew by under Christians care and I felt like we were buds by the end of it. The salon is beautiful— very clean, and accommodating, and located in the heart of SoHo. They even gave me tea and chocolate

On my walk 10 min home after I got stopped by two people who complimented my hair! Completely obsessed and highly recommend!

Ciara is simply fabulous. She knew exactly what I wanted, great tips for day to day management and loved the result. It is also fantastic when conversation flows and you feel relaxed. Love it!

Tahlya is the best. I typically only allow people to touch my head if they have been sent down from the hair styling God’s. And Tahlya is an angel. The color was beyond perfect and the cut was actually far better than what I asked for. And aside from that, my experience with her made me want her as a friend lol. She is such a rad human. She for sure made the very very short list of people I would ever allow to touch my head. She is 100% worth trusting.

My aunt has been wanting to perm her hair for quite some time. She showed me so many pictures of what she would like — a curled style. Her hair is naturally wavy and had done keratin straightening years ago. Christian has colored my hair twice before (bleach with creative color) so I definitely trusted him and recommended him to do this process for my aunt. He was extremely patient and answered all her questions in a professional yet amiable manner. He also showed her how to style it at home, along with which products to use. Christian is knowledgeable, personable, and a master of his craft. Whether it’s color or a new perm, I have complete faith in his skills. My aunt loves the outcome and is ready for her cruise vacation!

I’ve been going to Suzy at the drawing room for years, and no one compares! She is the best of the best. I’ve tried so many stylists in NYC and she is exceptional. The salon itself is lovely and everyone working there is so kind and accommodating. Tyler, the receptionist is particularly delightful. I highly highly recommend.

Love the place and Lucie was so great. I'm new to hair coloring and she was so patient explaining things to me and making sure the color matches my skin tone. This super bright red was achieved with no bleach on my natural brunette! It went faster than I thought and the salon's got a relaxed vibe. Will definitely come back. Lucie already suggested my next color to try:)

Ciara and Olivia, really held my hand through dying my hair for the first time. The girls both took the time to discuss what I wanted but also what would suit my hair type. Two girls who really know their trade but also make the whole experience super enjoyable and luxurious.

I had such a magical experience with Ciara & Tahlya! I cannot compliment them enough really, the color & cut are so gorgeous, they really brought me so much joy with it. They were so kind, professional, and communicative, & talked me through everything from finding the perfect color to how I can style my cut at home. They really went out of their way to make a great experience. I cannot recommend this place enough and I’ll definitely be going to the drawing room from here on out!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. The quality and attention to my preferences is unmatched. Christian is a professional colorist and Adriano is impeccable with his scissors. There is something to be said about Italians… they truly hone their craft.
