In a time of shrinking plates and rising costs, this is a gem serving quality food at a decent price! Will definitely be back!

Our server was nice. As soon as we returned the rum punch that WAS NOT RUM PUNCH.
We got the worst looks from the owners. The bottom of the menu says that the drinks are spirit based. The fine print was so tiny. I still feel that the server should have said it was not actually Rum in the punch, Basically the drinks were not good the festivals were dry. And the owners were not very responsive to us but catered to "other" tables. The owners had looks on their faces that made us uncomfortable. Not sure what that was about, it may have been a resting face but we were ready to leave. We thought it may have been our return of the "punch". One of the servers seemed a little like she didn't want to come to our table. The vibe was definitely off. Don't think I will return.

Menu choices were limited and they were out of a few things. They charged extra for the ice in the iced coffee, their bar drinks were inconsistent and the price on the menu was different from what we were charged- this was only on one item.

The food was consistently mediocre. The coconut rice was not coconut rice, it was white rice with sweet coconut flakes on top. And please tell me what Jamaican restaurant does not have rice and peas?

The staff was pleasant.

Love this cool cafe bar. Great food, great drink selection and always welcoming. Everyone who works here is lovely and it come from the top down. The ladies who own and operate this have infused it with great character. It’s a staple of the neighborhood.

Great spot! Amazing food and super friendly service! Will definitely be back. The jerk chicken salad is amazing!

It's definitely a great vibe. My server was just a bit off beat. We had to wait for him a few times when he didn't check on us for a while. However, the food and drinks were amazing and I can't wait to try other things.

I'm a regular customer, but recently, the salmon burger has changed tremendously.
A group of us went and arrived about 1: 40 mins before the kitchen closed and received what it seemed like a small amount of leftover fries the salad (spring mixed) you know when it's time to be placed into the trash they are some of the mix sticky to one another and the reason why I didn't go to Houston Restaurant in New Jersey was because I wanted the Salmon Burger and was Very Disappointed. The burger mixtures looked like something was missing and not in the form of a burger.
I did decide to take it home and place it in the oven to cook and was able to eat.

The Edge is certainly one of my favorite brunch spots and one of my top 5 places to eat out in NYC. But I’ve noticed since the last 4 times I’ve been there the wait time for food can be extremely lengthy. The last time I went I had to cancel my food order after waiting 40 minutes which was confusing and disappointing because the bartender kept telling me he’s checking on my order (2 times).

This place is magic. Feels like family from the first time you walk through the door. The food was absolutely amazing! The cuisine paired with the good vibrations make this a must try spot in Harlem.

Food is not that good. Jerk salmon or chicken is merely blackened salmon/chicken. Hello, jerk marinades are sold in the numerous West Indian stores in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. I need that smoked taste of jerk.

The last time I ate at The Edge about a year ago, their codfish balls were HEAVEN! My family and I ordered another round they were so good.
Fast forward, I decided to order them through Grubhub as well as their crab cakes. Well……. BOTH we’re mostly breading. What a disappointment. Not to mention the Grubhub delivery guy attempted o steal the delivery and say the restaurant was CLOSED!
I should’ve let him have the order.

My family and myself were looking for a typical American brunch/lunch in Harlem after an amazing Gospel. We found The Edge, it was INCREDIBLE! On the menu you can either find Jamaican, New Yorkais or even English food and an additional board with the « chef’s special ».
To finish this review with the staff. All of them are very friendly, polite and helpful. We went there straight after the gospel and at this moment it was full and the lady at the outside’s deck find us a slot very quickly.

HIGLY RECOMMENDED! My advice book in advance!

I believe my server was Kelly and she was so sweet. Very respectful of me being on a conference call the entire time. Will add more photos after I return next week. I had grits. Egg whites. And a salmon bagel. All were perfect.

I love this restaurant! Always Great vibes, great food and I adore the beautiful sisters who own it. They welcome you like family! When I fly in from LA it’s my first stop!

Fantastic! This delightful spot is perfect for brunch, lunch, and well everything. Absolutely delicious food, great-sized portions, and reasonable prices. They offer mind-blowing hot sauces. We had a grilled cheese sandwich with avocados and a coconut fish burger. With a beer, our bill was $50 for two people. Bar seating, indoors and outdoor tables available. Gives Greenwich village vibes - cozy, warm, worn in, and homey. Impressive art on the walls. Gonna be my frequented spot!

Nice spot, good service, good food, pretty average drinks but I did like the sangria mix they have. Shrimp and grits were pretty good too.

Great dinner spot. There’s not a ton of restaurants in this area. So happy The Edge exists. Try the ginger margarita and the coconut fish and chips. You won’t regret it.

The Edge is Amazing! First impression. Place is not huge which I kinda like. Settings like this you can always stay engaged with service if you need, which was also great; very prompt and professional. Atmosphere was definitely more intellectual, but still for everyone. R&B and Raggae were the vibes. The food is Awsome! I went for brunch on a Sunday. Pancakes tasted like they were homemade (with love). The COD fritters. (OMG) I bought seconds to go. Shrimp and grits.mmm mmm and make sure you get some red sangria! If you haven't been. You need to get there ASAP
