Went for Carrie Underwood concert. Carrie was fabulous. If you get a chance to see her in concert, go! The seats were terrible. Too close together, but I guess that's how the casino gets in as many people as possible there.

This venue is an absolute gem! Not only is it conveniently located, but it has an abundance of FREE parking spaces. It's a great choice for any event, especially concerts. I wholeheartedly recommend!

We saw the Tim Jones show and it was awesome. The sound was great. The issue we had was the seating. Our seats were in a great location but they are trying to fit too many people in a row and the seats are too small. Being the TS where everything is top notch we were shocked about the seating. So in all the show and the sound was great but the seating was cramped and uncomfortable.

Welcome to The Event Center! We've jammed 5,000 people into a venue that fits 4,000! The seats are as brutally uncomfortable as any seat I've ever sat in. Imagine an airplane but the seats are cinder blocks. The rows are so tight, if you have to get up the entire row has to file out to let you through. It's impossible to get out of get comfortable. Your neck and back will be on fire as you look left (or right) for 3 hours straight.

There are 2 people running the drink concessions stand for the entire venue. It's an hour wait in a line that wraps around the venue as two young women work furiously to serve 5,000 people. They might have a chance if they could just take money and hand you a bottle but every drink must be emptied into a cup creating twice the waste and twice the time to serve each individual.

You'll lock your phone in a bag and need to get in unlocked on the way out. However if you think not bringing a phone at all will expedite your exit it won't. Everyone has to go through the bag unlock people.

The overall herding of everyone into and out of the venue was pretty reasonable. A giant crowd of people moving very slowly went as smoothly as it could have.

Overall it's one of the only venues locally to see big name acts (we saw Kevin Hart on Mother's Day), but it's cramped and uncomfortable. Five stars for the caliber of shows they bring in and the overall organization, but minus three stars because everything else is a mess. They need 2 or 3 more drink and food stations, or roaming concessions because leaving your seat is nearly impossible.

Very poorly managed check-in process to Amy Schumer on 9/24/22. No signage directing anyone anywhere except signs indicating no cellphone policy. Stood below escalator for 45+ minutes with literally thousands of other misinformed people behind me. "Security" was doing what they were told by keeping people back and said they hadn't expected such a large crowd (Amy sold out). Security seemed to be able to be bribed and was not consistent with their approach. If you said you were headed to the parking garage you were allowed to proceeed; many people attending the show simply said they were headed to the garage to actual gain better access to the venue. After being allowed to proceed up the escalator there were even more staff and "Executives" dressed in brown suits monitoring the line and fist bumping one another as if "all is good" when in fact it was an absolute #&%! Show. One would think Turning Stone events would be better organized/managed. Many ticketholders were more than dissapointed and I can bet this will not be the only negative review. Turning Stone managed Events? Amateur at best.
