They want you to support black business but don’t answer the phone, I live in MA (Springfield) can’t even ship it within a week. Zero communication. I could literally drive to New York it’s almost been a week and no package no email. Was on hold for about a hour and a half even though I was supposedly the next caller. Customer service is absolutely trash.

Very helpful when I go to the shop, they always pick up the phone when I call and the products are amazing I haven’t had any problems

I honestly have to say, I started taking the Maya and I took it for 2 weeks and it was a release in my body. I had energy, I felt healthier, and the customer service was great. They really are nice people. Thanks Maa!

Had excellent experience ordering products. Yes the hold time was long but worth the wait. Do you really want a product readily available? Or a product with some mystery and hunt to obtain it. Will definitely order monthly no matter the hold time and definitely recommend to others.

Be patient when calling they give one on one service. If your unable to get through keep calling. Suggest making an appointment with Maa if you need guidance. This is not a huge corporate service. This is a family business so please understand that. I personally love the service and products and highly recommend.

Shady business. I have been ordering Testo for my husband, Estro for me, as well as a few other products for many years from the OFFICIAL Dr. Sebi website with no problem. Gave this establishment money & have not received a service or heard from anyone after MANY attempts. This is truly discouraging. Can't even get in the door due to the complete lack of communication & non-existing customer service. Don't waste your time.

Love the place but their lack of communication and service is discouraging. No one answers the phone or respond to emails. I ordered stuff online and still have not received anything. I had to drive all the way from Florida to NY to get some herbs. I hope they get help with this.

Although they did not answer the phone. If you really feel like you need to purchase a product and support black ownership and are reluctant about purchasing online, take the trip its worth it. I drove to Brooklyn from Texas and the energy once you arrive is real. Don't let the phone stop u from getting your nutrients. If its true to you take that trip.

I don't know what to rate it as of yet. I was just like many out there who tried to get in contact but couldn't. I also tried to buy from their website but still no luck. I JUST WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE. Its up for ppl to buy their products.

I just went to their store yesterday and they are open. I purchased the G1E and excited to see how things go! Its only two lovely and polite receptionist so i could see why everyone call hasn't been answered.

I've been trying to order and confirm hours of operation because I planned to visit the store to purchase and coming from Philly. I've called everyday and still no luck. Can anyone confirm they are still open?

I Would Of Given Them 5 Stars, Due To There Phenomenal Products. However It Is Very Hard Getting Them On The Phone. I Have Been Trying To Call All Afternoon-Evening To Purchase Products To No Avail.

Good liquid iron product but can't find it in any local health stores on Birmingham, Alabama. Not able to find out if they have their products in any of the health or health food store chains. Purchase products from individuals who distribute only.

As for the products I don't know because of one little issue. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I have been trying to call them to get information for weeks but this company never pick up. So what if I place an order and for some unknown reason it doesn't come in.who do I call? How can I speak to someone when no one will answer the phone. Customer Service is everything!

Loved it, they were very pleasant and professional and the therapies have meet instant relief during my fast.

Maat helped me with a number of issues, but probably best tho order products on line, as they are pretty busy in the office.
