I had interview with one of their recruiters for a job I applied for on Indeed. I sent over a detailed resume that outlined my experience. I was contacted for an interview by her. She goes on to ask about my experience and repeats the job requirements of the position I applied for. Then, she tells me I don't have the experience the client is looking for and she does not feel comfortable submitting my application for consideration. My resume has what my experience is, what roles I held, and for how long. It also details my primary responsibilities. So am I missing something here? Why did she reach out if my experience did not match the position? I know recruiters reach out to learn the applicant's background but she reached out specifically for that position. She never said I didn't qualify for it. Stop wasting people's time and getting their hopes up. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. And please be more clear about job requirements in your job postings. Not helpful at all.

How do I get in contact with this company? I cannot get a representative on the phone & I filled out a form online and no one has gotten back to me. Do I go in the office or what? Looking for employment ASAP!

I had an interview with a recruiter name Sharon Aaron last month and I was very disappointed with how she treated me during the Zoom. She kept asking me if I felt that I was interested in this role- to which I continually told her I was (why else would I apply?). She seen that I was an LPN, but I explained to her that I was having a hard time finding work because of my lack of experience in nursing (I recently graduated) - but I have extensive experience per my resume as an Administrative Assistant (the role I was interviewing for). Despite me affirming my interest MULTIPLE times in the position- she told me she didn't think I was looking for that. I found it very disrespectful and dismissive. A recruiter's job is to evaluate a person's credentials and experience, not dictate to them what they are looking for! After the interview I decided to call her and admonish her about her rude behavior- and she then changed the narrative and said she didn't think I could "support the client" as an Admin. So then why reach out? She offered a half apology, but it wasn't sincere. My resume is literally inundated with experience in business administration. I would definitely avoid this agency because they don't have any regard for your time and endeavors. Completely unprofessional! I now work at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital as a GME coordinator making $70k yearly!

Run the other way! Racist company with questionable hiring practices. Will be reporting them to the attorney general and the BBB.

I'm very disappointed with this agency. When I first spoke with them, they offered me an XY salary but once I started the process, they try to lowball me with a way lower number.if you try to sign with them, see what other agencies are offering first.

I just got a call this afternoon from Susan and was told by email that I was an interested candidate. Well, I felt berated and trashed during the initial phone call, being given resume pointers that I didn't ask for as well as told that I really wasn't gonna be a good fit despite being reached out to. I really don't understand how you call someone and speak to them so passive agressively. I felt really bad about myself afterwards, but this market is fierce and I know of other, friendlier recruiting companies reaching out to me. I hope she treats others with more respect.

Update: After seeing my review, I was contacted by Shawn Ball to tell me to not be so bitter about his rude behavior. Obviously he takes pride in being condescending and obnoxious. I wonder how many others were harassed before by him. Stop contacting me!

Rude from the very beginning. The "prestigious" companies that rely on people like Shawn Ball to find that quality employees should reconsider how much time is being wasted by them.

If you're looking or an amazing recruiter, Daniele is the one for the job! She is an exceptionally motivated and gifted professional. Daniele has provided me with great help and knows every possible candidate in the fields in which she recruits. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and resourceful. She is also very innovative and will guide you every step of the way, that is what sets her apart from your everyday recruiter. Daniele recently prepared and placed me in my current job. I believe she is one of the best in the recruitment field!

I was referred to Shawn Ball at The Forum Group by a Partner and a few Associate Attorneys I know and my first thought was not another recruiter but boy was I wrong. Shawn was fantastic and I instantly knew why they referred me to him! Within minutes of reaching out he got back, we got on a call, then later that night we zoomed. He gave me some great resume pointers, told me the dos and don'ts once on the interview, have good lighting for the video interview, be somewhere quiet, and he even asked what I was planning to wear to the interview, LOL. He suggested I suit up and standout as most other candidates are interviewing in business casual attire. This all made sense so I appreciated the advice and I'm confident about getting an offer. I definitely suggest working with The Forum Group, seems like they have some good folks there and I highly suggest asking for Shawn Ball. I'll be sending referrals as well, it's rare you find an authentic recruiter these days.

I had been looking for a job for about eight weeks when I met with recruiting director Daniele DeMaio. She is the real deal. I had worked with recruiters prior that had me change up my resume multiple times and told me that the work I had done was not sufficient for the pay I was shooting for. Daniele was the exact opposite. She built my confidence and did not count any job out. This was helpful in letting me see the array of opportunity out there. Daniele never told me my goals were out of reach. She worked hard and continuously with me and within a week or two I had an offer in my desired field and with my goal salary. Her positivity and hard work is more than refreshing. 10/10 recommend working with her.
