The Fresh Market, Scarsdale NY

Let me tell you something about this place. They have a butcher, a hot and cold food section. The fruit looks great. They have over 20 kinds of craft beers. They have authentic food varieties. I mean I can truly just go on and on about this place.

Really love this store, the food is great, beautiful ambiance and the check out is always friendly and efficient. The only thing I would change is the help at the meat department can be unattentive at times. They seem to want to stay in the back area.

Expensive, but high quality brands and wonderful employees working the registers. The store is always clean, and things always seem in stock.

The one odd thing, which is probably a result of the small size of this location, is that they have way less organic meat (like, none) than you'd assume based on the name and look of the place.

Love all the improvements to the store. Very good butcher and meat selections. They offer a nice selection of Italian breads, pastas, and vegan items. The staff and managers are friendly and helpful

I am a Fresh Market fan. This particular Fresh Market's staff seem to be disengaged and not managed nor interested in helping anyone. I have been in numerous times and its the same each time. No one says hello or asks you if you need help with anything. Kinda disappointing for a high end supermarket. Quality of products are good and selection is always good. Staff, Staff, Staff. Management needs to train the staff and be engaged themselves.

Always stocked. Great staff. Never met more helpful department managers and store management. Clean place. Incredible deli section and team.

I love the products, overpriced but fresh and well preserved.
The customer service is annoying,
Always angry and bad behaved.
I asked for charcuteries three times, the girl made me wait while she was organizing suchies, when I called the Manager, she lied in my face!
I try to avoid these people as much as I can, going to wayman at Harrison instead

The checkout staff here is friendly and phenomenal. It's always a pleasure to shop here and the staff has been around a long time and provides excellent service!

Excellent and unique selection of foods, decent prices. Sales prices are awesome. You can find bargains.

I use to go here to do some quick shopping and grab a cup of coffee. However their self serve coffee section is always shut down or you get half a cup. You then stand at the deli counter and get ignored for about a minute before someone helps you. The store has an app like other stores to get certain perks but it doesn’t work and your purchases don’t show up. The cashiers are usually agitated and cranky.

It’s more convenient then going to a big supermarket but overall this place sucks.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. I went to pick up my preordered Easter meal on Saturday and Sammy at the deli was so kind and went the extra mile to help me and made sure i had everything that I needed.

Great place to do laundry.especily if you have blankets quilts, bedspreads etc
. The facility is very clean, and machines are sanituzed.you can bring your own detergent.dryer sheets etc. Give it a try

Bought a bunch of overpriced groceries here, including a filet of salmon which was so stinky my family didn't eat it, and mushrooms that had gone rotten. I don't mind paying for good quality, fresh produce, but not for food that has gone bad.

The food is fresh and the place is really nice. It's like a better version of Trader Joe's, more like a Food Imporium, if you remember those supermarkets. The staff are really nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Liked the candy bins only store in Westchester that has this option. Mrs Greens selection not as comprehensive or has a greater selection as fresh market.

Ripped off and Unfresh

I ordered ahead to take advantage of a special for a $50 discount for $200 worth of groceries. When I arrived they told me then they did not have many of the items so my total dropped below $200 but was still above $150 and they did NOT honor the discount so it cost me more money for less items than I should have paid. Ripped off with their Bait and Switch.

The desserts that they chose for me from my on line order were days old. The cream toppings had hardened and cracked and berry toppings were soggy from being days old and NOT fresh as they should have been. It was infuriating to arrive home and discover their after I unboxed them. Bait and Switch #2.
