The Fun Spot, Queensbury NY

This place is packed! Granted it was raining all day Friday and I'm sure every family within 15 miles had the same idea to go to the Fun Spot. However, it was complete chaos. We were directed from one register to another after waiting 20+ minutes to pay for admission then stood for another 15 in a line that never seemed to move. We did end up leaving with very disappointed kids. After a combine wait of close to an hour we did end up leaving without ever getting a chance to do anything. From what we saw it had cool stuff, when you first walk in there was roller skating and we could see other games but I can offer anything else bc we could not get past that point. Seemed very disorganized as there were employees everywhere but all seemed lost, once again.raining and weekend. We would love to try again when we come up next. Seems like fun. Side note for parents, Northway Brewing is right next door.

Great place, employees all provided great service, go karts, golf and laser tag were a lot of fun, highly recommend!

I felt this place had poor customer service and very disorganized. One line to pay for everything and one person behind the register. I was asked to leave the line and the new cashier decided to take people behind me

The skate rental boys rock though! They should be promoted!

My girls loved the go carts. My daughter had fun trying roller blading and roller skating.

My kids personal favorite place to hold their own parties and attend others. Great place for even a day out! Helpful, friendly staff - great pricing considering what's included, especially with birthday packages. The kids never want to leave, rented the entire building for a private birthday and was absolutely a hit with the kids and adults. Great deals and tons of fun!

Very clean place for kids to play:) lots of fun options, the obstacles playground is very big and my son had a blast!

Went here on a 5th grade field trip 2 years ago was so much fun me and my friends and i had so much fun in this place now in in 7th grade and want to come back for more fun

Love this place I am to old to go in the playground now but that’s fine.

Very disappointed with the environment of tonight. Sneakers being thrown from locker area to middle of skating floor. Drinks on skating floor. Kids were pushing kids over. I hope the reason is understaffed. Because nothing was said to addressed to the kids. I think I would pay more and travel to guptills for a controlled environment.

I am still here but so impressed with the staff and how much the care for there customers. This review could not wait for a great family day out come here.

Last summer I went there. And I went on the go karts and the staff always made sure that the covid protocols were followed. It was clean and it was different than usual. I will be back this summer.

The kids love this place. Staff do an excellent job of keeping the place clean. It was a little crowded when we went had me a bit nervous but everyone wore masks and stayed with their party, roller skating was a blast and laser tag is a 2 story adventure
