The Griffon Gastropub, Niagara Falls NY

Over the past few years, we've visited many times and have always had a positive experience. Between the delicious food and the amazing customer service, it's always a sure bet for a casual get night out or special occasion.

We got in late on our first & only night in Niagara Falls and were limited on where we could eat, so we gave The Griffon Gastropub a try. Our server was great! She answered several questions for us about visiting the Falls. The children’s meals were $10, but we definitely got our money’s worth! All of the food was great! But the fries were the best we’d ever had!

Came to Niagra Falls for a business trip. When we could not find a single restaurant that was available, we hopped in an Uber to this restaurant. I believe our server's name was Kelsea. She was outstanding! Attentive and thorough. I had the burger w fried onions. My coworker had the venison burger. Everything was DELICIOUS, including the cheese curds and corn dip. Thanks, Griffon. You understood the assignment!

Griffon Gastropub, I got a hard cider and Beef on Weck. Horseradish for the win! Fries also excellent and the Kimmelweck roll, not too salty! I ate nearly the whole bun top. And prices are not too expensive, too high as compared to the tourist areas around the Falls. I had no issue giving the max.tip.

1st time eating at The Griffon. This place was recommended by Romella from Niagara University (Thanks).
Delightful little bar/eatery. Ouside looks okay Inside is a gem. Spaceous, casual dining. We had the double chicken tenders and poutine. I had the Panko Chicken Sandwich with applewood smoked bacon.mmm mmm delicious food.this sandwich has a little kick and they give you spicy pickles. Not to hot but will keep your mouth warm. The sandwich has pepperjack cheese and again just enough for you to say where is this heat coming from. Ciabatta bread is always delicious. Ate at 2 ish didnt need to eat dinner and i remainded full the entire night. The wife and kid loved the poutaine and the chicken fingers. 10 out of 10 starts. Words can not explain how happy I was to find this place. If you are in Niagara Falls area, this place is a must visit. Gourmet food and a good variety of draft beers.

The portions and food were great. Had extra to take home for dinner. Got a dessert to go and it was great. The server was wonderful.

Had a great meal at Griffon Gastropub while visiting Niagara Falls. Service and food were both outstanding. Had a delicious Maple Porter with a venison burger. The burger was perfect in every way; not over-seasoned, with bacon, lettuce and tomato. My wife had the filet mignon tips and mashed potatoes, which were also great. We put this one on the list so if we’re ever in the neighborhood again, we’ll be back.

Best fish and chips I've had in many years. Service was also very good. Great place by the water!

The Griffon Burger was cooked perfectly. Vietnamese Pork sandwich was big and Tips and Tots was great. The only drawback was the unusual issue with flies in mid October.

Hadn't been to northwestern NY in years, had to make s stop here to get one thing and one thing only BOW! Beef on Weck! Great food!

The Griffin burger was awesome. The fries were fantastic. My son raved that the gouda mac and cheese was out of this world. We will definitely visit again when in the Buffalo area.

Oh my my… I was looking for poutine as we are close to Canada. It was to die for! Yum yum yum! My fiancé got the chicken fingers and he says they are the BEST he has ever had! Out of this world good and Ashley was a super waitress! Love from Florida!

Our server, Ashley was phenomenal! We had a group of 9 with 4 kids and she was helpful and patient. Shared a bunch of appetizers and entrees and it was all delicious. Margarita was delicious! Highly recommend!

Poutine and chicken fingers were outstanding. Ashley the server, was excellent. Great experience at a real good price. Highly recommend.
