I was afraid and very tentative about using a firearm, attending a Ladies Night event hosted by Maria has changed that. She made me feel comfortable and provided hands on helpful tips. Maria and Bill are the best!

Two people behind the desk. My father and I stop in after a morning hunt looking rough. I guess we didn't look like we were potential buyers because neither associate bothered to speak to us. Standing in the store for 15 minutes trying to look at their inventory. Not a word spoken by either of them. Wanted to support local business but not gonna make the sell for them. Especially since I feel we were being discriminated against for our appearance. Establishment needs better customer service. A smile and hello can make all the difference. Do not recommend. Made my purchase elsewhere.

Excellent staff, pistol permit state course was very well delivered and very clear, definitely will be a resource that I go to first, thank you Maria.

Women behind counter was rude. Asked to use the restroom was told no. That's ok but you just lost 2 grand to your competitor.

I had a unique situation with my residence and current firearms. Maria and Bill were tremendously generous with their time to help me work through it. The advice they gave me on how to navigate the process was perfect and I feel very lucky to have found them. I can tell you that I lived in another state and I never had such help from any dealer I worked with. Gun Lady is an advocate for us, the gun owner, so lets support their business!

Maria made my out of state transfer super easy. Would definitely recommend. She is super knowledgeable on the ever changing laws and regulations especially NY laws. If in doubt or need help with anything firearm related she should be a place to go if you're on the western end of the county.

I had the pleasure of meeting Maria and William Mann for my Gun Safety Course. They were easy to talk to understanding and a great place learn and gain knowledge and information in regards to firearms and safety and laws. Definitely will be back to purchase.
