The Halden, White Plains NY

Absolutely love it here. Great energy, clean, vibrant (but quiet at the right time) and very modern/up to date. Jade is the consummate professional with all my questions and inquiries.

It is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would strongly recommend you checking out The Halden!

This is my first apartment ever because I lived in a house for 20 + years. It is brand new and the decor is lovely. My first experience was with the leasing office and all of the employees are amazing and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is great and if u need anything in your apartment corrected they come either that day or within 24hrs. Every resident I have met is friendly and outgoing. Would highly recommend it!

I moved here almost a month ago and everything has been so smooth! The building and amenities are beautiful, but most importantly, the leasing team is fantastic. They are located on site so they are extremely attentive to tenants’ needs. Fantastic place to live.

Kelly and Jade couldn't have been more helpful with the application/move in process. So far, everything is in good working order, clean and accessible. Even the maintenance staff is quick to respond, friendly and efficient. Very happy with my experience so far, would definitely recommend moving here.

I'm a bit disappointed as both my boyfriend and I have called The Halden 3-4 times, as well as emailed over the last two days to schedule a tour and gather some more information about the available units and no one has responded to our inquiries. The phone number listed does not direct you to the management company, yet it connects you to a call center. I'm very surprised that a new building that is currently advertising that they have availability is not responsive at all to prospective tenants.

I contacted the Halden a few days ago to set up a time for a tour. I did not hear back from them until today, when I received a text saying that they could schedule a tour today. I provided a time today that would work for me and have not received a responsive reply (I did get an auto response saying they were busy and would respond shortly, but they did not). I still would like to tour the property and would appreciate a call from a person who is authorized to set up a time. Thank you.

Went to do a tour of this place and I am absolute STUNNED! The customer service! The facility! The APARTMENT! 10 out of 5 stars for sure

Shady business practices of offering things verbally but reneging when its time to sign papers. For example we were told verbally that first month's rent is free, and such was advertised on their site for months. Also we were told that amenites would be free for 6 months as they are still building the complex. Two weeks before move in we are told its not first month free anymore and the amenity fees were included in our bill. We were told a month would still be free however the payment schedule indicated no month actually being free. Dishonest bait and switch tactics were used so we ended up signing with Carraway across the street where more honest business is being conducted. We ended up paying more fees upfront but we would rather do business with an honest company. There is no shortage of luxury apartments in this area so I'd recommend choosing elsewhere.

Not only is the property beautiful but the staff is amazing as well! Hope was such a pleasure during my relocation process! She was very patient and always available when I needed her. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

The Halden has so far been a very pleasant place to live. Hope and Kelly have been fantastic through the entire process from the tour to moving in, even following up after the move in was finished to ensure everything is perfect. The amenities are nice and parking is easy. Everyone I have met that works in the building has been excellent and ready to help.

Can’t recommend enough, absolutely beautiful building with an amazing staff and great amenities.

Took a tour of this property two words.not impressed. The layouts of some apartments don't make sense. When getting a tour from Hope she was not engaged at all busy looking at her phone while showing units.

Recently took a tour and was very impressed with the property! The building is very clean and the attention to detail is great with the layout and style. The amenities are amazing and just what we are looking for. The staff as we were touring were very pleasant and welcoming. Our tour guide was also very informative and followed up to answer any additional questions we had. This is definitely a top choice for us when our current lease ends!

The Haldon is a great place to live beautiful, the staff the management. Everyone is so hopeful the leasing office people Kelly and Hope are great. Been so helpful with me and my moving in. The maintenance guy Sergio he’s great, and wonderful the house cleaning people are great, Jennifer. Everyone is just great, beautiful place to live. Can’t be happier.

Beautiful property! Hope was a great tour guide and helped us throughout the entire process, and followed up with us to make sure everything was up to our standards. Such a beautiful place to live. The amenities are amazing, the people are nice, and the apartments are beautiful. We love living at The Halden.

The Halden is is a beautiful location that has obviously been built with the highest intentions. The amenities and apartments were all done with such care and help make the building a wonderful place to live. I have had great experiences with the Halden Staff. In fact, I've never met such engaged and helpful people. Hope and Kelly were very informative caring and responsive since the day I walked on their property. You can tell they care about The Halden and want to share their knowledge and pride in the building.
