The Hammocks at Geneseo

My mom lives in The Hammocks and it’s always such a pleasure to visit her in her community. Her neighbors are so friendly, and it’s nice to meet the friends she’s made while living here over the past few years. We love to go to the gym together and enjoy the walkability of The Hammocks (both around the community and to nearby shops like Wegmans and Goodwill). I’m excited to see progress on the villas as they continue to built out the community - we’re especially excited for the pool!

I have lived in the Hammocks for nine years now and I still absolutely love it here. The landscaping on the property continues to mature and grow as due the relationships amongst the residents. Hello’s are exchanged wherever you go and newcomers are quickly enlightened to our friendly ways. Management is top notch, not only in their tasks at hand but relaying that they too are part of this community as well. They are always available for whatever is needed and results are extremely quick. Taking in the schematics of the community, i.e. Within walking distance of all the essentials, spacious apartments, quiet and relaxed, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Great job “Hammock’s Team”.

The hammocks at Geneseo NY is where I proudly call my home. Sold my house a year and a half ago and I have not looked back. The ease of not having to worry about property and home maintenance allows me time to spend with family. The amenities here are great. The community is beautiful and the people are all so friendly. I feel safe and secure here. It is quiet and the wildlife is stunning. Mornings on the balcony watching the wildlife is so relaxing.
The staff, that includes Angel, Kathryn and Mike are extremely helpful and always there when needed. Top notch people. So if your looking to live life a bit easier, this is your place!

This is a great place to live.it's quiet and private. Lawn mowing and snow plowing are never a problem. The grounds and the facility are always well cared for and quite attractive. I even attend a yoga class once a week that's put on by management. The manager, whose name is a
Angel, is very responsive to needs. Also if repairs need to be made on anything, you don't wait very long. I would move here all over again.

Clean, friendly, dog and cat friendly. Private and quiet. I should have moved here sooner. I feel so at home here. Well maintained and very welcoming. I just love it here.
