The Heights at Evans Mills

Terrible old housing, their Mentaince is very poor. Had my car stuck in my garage over a 4day weekend and they claim is not an emergency and I called the office to complain and then whoever I spoke tell me that I was suppose to do it manually seriously if u talking to a layman how is whoever suppose to understand that. My point is how is that not an emergency! Rude

Convienent location to Fort Drum and excellent service. The few times I’ve had issues with my rental someone is out to help within an hour.

Don’t live here, don’t fall for their scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I moved in. When I moved in, there were stains on the carpet and moving out they making me pay for the stains there already. I just read the other review now and I see people complaining about the same carpet issue, how the maintenance guy will tear the carpet and make you pay for stains there already. The same thing was done to me.
So now after I paid to professionally clean the carpet, am been told they will have to replace the carpet so they charging me a prorate fee to replace the carpet.

When you have an issue with something, they seem to not care or put any effort into fixing that situation

They tell you one thing then go with another. They said are rent would be one price then gave us our lease with a higher rent on it. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

Going to the parks and playing with other kids was always the best part of staying here.great memories

The first time I stepped in The Heights at Evans Mills, Melissa gave me a great tour of the 2 bed room and 3 bed room townhouse in that area. I love the three bed room but what hold me back from just start signing papers is that the garages are tightly small. My truck can barely fit it. I have to fold my mirrors to get my truck inside, and even then I qrinch that I might damage my truck and the garage at the same. However the house itself is great and the staff are cool peoples, I am still searching other places before I made my final decision and sign the lease. After searching and reviewing other lease areas, I came back to the Heights because the deal was too good to pass on. I like to thank Jason for inspecting the house with me. We had a good conversation while checking the inside of the house. He was honest and fair. He annotated everything that he notice that should be annotated, so I wont be held accountable for it. He explain to me on what to do for different scenarios. After our inspection, Melissa was great in taking care of me when getting my papers "squared away". I love Jewels because she is very knowledgeable as well. If no one knows the answer, she would know. Not only that, the team will give you a courtesy (a time period) to catch any additional fault that was not catched during the moving in inspection. That being said, I did that while putting some of my stuff in and found just a few faults. Nothing big to worry about; I brought it to Jewels attention and she add it to the inspection list. At the end, I am happy to be a resident at The Heights at Evans Mills.
