The Home Depot, Niagara Falls NY

It was good for the most part.once again though, they can't water plants properly and they are half dead or dead before you can buy them. If they are in a pot, they need to get drained or be checked for proper level of water before continuing to do so again.

What's not to like? Do your research, know what you need for the project, maybe ask a few simple questions while you're there, and get 'er done. You may have to wipe the dust off of some items, or sort through the wood to get the perfect peices, but they likely have everything you need and that's the important thing. I've been shopping here for many years and find quality products at decent prices.

As all home depots workers have little knowledge of building but can usually point the way or will ask the manager of the day

Not so much the place that's the issue, they have a huge selection of stuff at a decent price. Issue was with an employee. She was rude and definitely over stepped in regards to how you speak to customers. Worst part is she said she was a front end supervisor. Will not be returning to this location, remodel or not.

They have everything pretty much for home repair, Garden, Construction. Excetera sometimes a bit pricey.

Service was very slow. To much hassle to get what you need. Went to service desk to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready and had to wait an hour and a half to get it. Then they had to call another store to complete the order. One day later it was completed. The cabinets I ordered were damaged. This has put me way behind schedule. Should have gone some were other than home depot.

Just the worst home depot in the area. Customer service is almost non existent, and they'll straight up avoid doing anything helpful or directive. Very lucky there isn't a Lowe's in the immediate area.

Good place! I almost always find what I need. This takes the place of local hadware store and it's been that way for.well a long time. Thanks Home Depot

Good, but the self checkout machine wouldnt take my quarters so I was pretty bummed, but that's showbiz.

HD is my preferred source for anything I need for my home. Purchased solid hardwood finials for my curtain rods

Couldn't use my refund gift card, ridiculous, I had my mom return items for me during the renovations and my name didn't match. For real! No help trying to purchase peg board for my store, pieces that were precut were jammed in so tight, it took 3 of my family members to get it out of the shelf. My main complaint is the returned items gift card!

Couldn't provide a matching replacement halogen G9 bulb for ceiling fan. I understand there just may be too many varieties to keep in stock.

The early opening hours suit my schedule. Getting there early also avoids the awkward and congested entry into the ample parking lot.
The location just by the highway on Niagara Falls Blvd is great but contributes to the congestion getting in and out.
I have noted on a few occasions that some common items were out of stock, but I think that it may have been because I got there before the shelves were restocked.

Some personnel very helpful but usually not from their own dept. May be knowledgeable but dont get it across to customer.

Nothing worse than looking for an assistant that is familiar with the correct department, other than that, they carry pretty much everything you need

WE WENT TO THE HOME DEPOT, WE BOUGHT CEMENT, WE DID A SIDEWALK, AND A PAD. OUR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AT THE HOME DEPOT.

The one in Niagara falls is questionable. I was personally treated like i was robbing them. The staff was hard to locate and not over friendly. Drive a little ways for better treatment.

Everything you need for your home and more just hope you don't need assistance from someone there is a good chance you will know more than the employee.

The girl in the paint department acted like I was bothering her I felt like I was a second-class citizen maybe she doesn’t like seniors. I asked her to help me find The paint for floors and she told me to go down the aisle and find and she was no help when It came to the color. I asked her if she could match a color she said no go find something out a color chart. She was not helpful at all and could use a personality. She was just rude!

Has everything you need, BUT the majority of the staff is not well trained. Also, bathrooms are extremely clean and nice at all times!
