The Home Depot, Fishkill NY

I went there ask for help from someone when I was looking for something in an aisle he got on his little phone he told the person get to me whenever you wanted I waited there 45 minutes waiting for the help that was supposedly going to come I will never go there again what worst customer service ever and most people at work that do not know what they're doing and they usually tell me I'm sorry I just started

I paid for a delivery of some materials and the Cortland Home Depot sent it to this store who sent me the wrong materials.

This is the biggest run around I've ever encountered trying to get them to exchange the products.

Three phone calls and an hour later and I'm still on hold terrible customer service

Went on Black Friday to order some appliances for a new house. Spent an hour with some large fella and he Finally entered everything, then said the system was down and he couldn't order anything. Asked him what we should do and he had no idea, so We had to ask him to print out what we ordered. Went to customer service, took Another hour to re-enter everything, seemed fine. Got a call early the next week from someone there that said "call me I can save you $300 on your order" so of Course I thought it was fake and didn't respond. He called back the next day and then I picked up and he explained there was a computer glitch and the sale didn't go through and he needed to redo it (why didn't you say that the first time?) so I went back in. Another hour later voided the sale, redid it, card declined now because it takes 48 hours to refresh. Went back 3 days later, tried one more time, card declined. Call the credit card service, another half an hour later of her reciting every purchase I've ever made on the card, when I asked why it wasn't working now she just said she couldn't hear me and hung up. Cancelled the order, cancelled the card, and will be going to Real shop to order appliances which is what I should have done in the first place. Save yourself trouble and go to a real hardware or appliance store.

They need to brighten up the place low lighting makes it very unattractive. Not to mention no one to offer help.

They had barely any inventory for the subflooring I went in for. The guys who helped me load my car were very friendly and helpful.

This is a home Depot like any other. It is fairly clean and we'll stocked. The rest room was clean

Be careful buying your pellet stove wood pellets there. They have no problem selling you useless wet pellets. Have bought pellets there taken them home and discovered they were wet. The home depot associate there had assured me they were dry also. Not true.

Great store except went today to buy a sjop vac. On line showed 4 in stock. None on floor. Asked for help, was told they are probably on the truck. Would be nice if in stock actually meant available to purchase.

Door and window people less then useless. Paid $5000+ for two Andersen sliding doors, they are defective, it’s been weeks with no response, or activity, or action. This is horrible and not acceptable from Home Depot or Andersen

The fantastic staff at the Fishkill Home Depot always help me to get what I need, to get my project done, and with an old house like mine, the projects never end!

Who runs these stores anymore? The isles are a mess, stock laying around everywhere and shelves are completely disorganized. Went to two different locations today and the same thing at both. Staff never knows what they're talking about and I had to literally move inventory laying in the middle if the isles just to get my product. Very poorly run business these days!

Workers don't show up to work leaving entire departments empty of staff. Went to purchase a door and no one was working the department. No workers could assist me but constantly tell me how no one showed up for work. The store is unorganized and messy. Also went to pick up a bag of sand and had the entire area full of sand everywhere, open bags torn everywhere, it was a joke. I wait a day to call and see if someone is working the door department, after being transferred numerous times and getting cut off when asking a question a half hour later, i hang up after getting no where. I will take my business to Lowe's, where i know they didn't support Trump's presidency.

Went to this Home Depot today after being told on Saturday (at the Brewster location) that there would be no one at the Pro Desk until Monday. I had a list ready to place a sizeable order. The woman there said I would have to have "skus" for every item I wanted to order. Seriously? I didn't realize that it was such an effort for an employee to look at the items on my list, punch them up on a computer, then verify that it was what I wanted. This is not the first time I had trouble placing orders through Home Depot. Needless to say, the customer service at both locations is seriously deficient. I then went to the local lumber yard. Within 5 minutes, my order was completed, delivery was set for this coming Tuesday, and I was THANKED; instead of being made to feel that I was somehow interrupting someone's "personal time. " I also noticed that the pricing was within a dollar of Home Depot's prices. I will certainly do most, if not all of my home improvement shopping at my local stores, and will encourage my fellow homeowners to do the same.

This store is horrible, no one is picking up the phone and their vendors are trash.no longer using home depot at all for anything i may need

Arrived around 5, had only 1 human checkout the rest - self checkout. Other than that found what I needed.

I think we all know what Home Depot is like. This one doesn't get as crowded as the Wapp Falls one.
