If you want to buy pressure treated lumber or decking DO NOT GO after 7pm. They use the lumber aisle to stage their restocking and refuse to let you into aisle or even consider helping get you materials. The answer is always "come back tomorrow. " This has happened to me 4 or 5 times. I think the general manager needs to be replaced with someone who cares about customer experience.

Best home depot. I tried another and it didn't had what i needed, so eventually i went back here
Don't waste your time going to others, go straight to this and you'll find what you need.

Big, shiny and new. Great garden center. Full lumber inventory. There is enough there to build your own housing complex.

Found christmas tree top star that was looking for everywhere! Also I found out when they were receiving new christmas trees and got a really nice tree this year and different color pincetas. Excellent customer service!

I came to this location ready to purchase a Petproof carpet. No one seemed eager to help i asked 3 employees all they said was to wait in the isle and someone would come. Finally on the 4th attempt an employee got me a carpet “specialist” who didnt even know what bounding a carpet was. I left frustrated and carpetless. I guess i will have to look elsewhere and see if i can order from the company elsewhere.

Home Depot is the same as always. Got what I needed. The best part is Roscoe's Philly Cheese Steak in front!

I used to shop a lot at home DEPOT but over the years their service has change for the worst, no help, they don't take coupons, they need to improve all the stores have their Christmas stuff on sale, they don't. I give them two stars.

Great place to go to very friendly crew products so always available for what I'm looking for will visit again soon.

Good ole Home Depot, l like the better and faster check out, self serving stations, but the chip readers are becoming troublesome.

Employees aren’t very knowledgeable and it’s hard to even find one when you need help. Other than that, if you know what you’re looking for and where to find it, you will with no problem. Great for all home improvement necessities, if items are available and in stock.

This place has the worst service ever. I went with my dad there to get a plywood and asked the guys there to cut it for me, everyone that passed us just walked by saying it was not there department.after 45minutes one guy finally comes and tells us he won't cut it cuz its too thick. We request him one more time saying, "please sir because it won't fit in our van. HE stared at my dad and said what did i just tell you.can't you hear? I got mad and told him "excuse me sir we are just making a request, you don't have to get so mad". He just kept saying what did i say. After that we wanted to buy other tools to cut it ourselves, and we just got the run around and the same things with employees saying its not our department for another 1 hour.

The lady that helped my husband was amazing, 3 men didn't know how to cut the pipe and had no idea how to find other parts that my husband needed, I don't know her name but I hope she is gets pay well because she do wonderful job and is fast and kind, she was our angel today, if you know her name please reward her somehow. Merry Christmas

This is possibly the worst HD. There are countless people employed that have no idea how to be helpful. We waited for close to 30 minutes for someone to come to the wire station, and yup you guessed it, no one came. The station labeled customer service is a joke. They might as well put up a sign saying, "You Can Ask, But Most Likely We Won't Be Able to Help You! "
Avoid going here, unless you have extra time to waste. If you need to get something and don't need any assistance go right ahead, it's well stocked.
Just don't expect customer service! And, I have not seen a manager around in ages.
Can't figure out the raving reviews. They seem fake.

Material not readily available, VERY Understaffed.
Understanding the market, an item in stock was bought and paid for and to be picked up only to be told at pick up time it was not available.
Home depot is just a regular store and does not stand above anyone.
Selection might be there but that can also depend.
Managment is more important than corporate realizes,
There are other options.

Need better help asked employee about a simple plumbing fitting told me to go to plumbing supply and it was right behind his head

Store is so big hard to find an item you are looking for, if you ask an employee some time they don't know either.
