The Home Depot, Queens NY

I would give this place 5 stars, but lines are crazy long here. If the store invested more money on efficient personal at the register, would be a better experience to shop here.

This is my local Home Depot. It has just about everything a homeowner needs and great customer service with constant restocking of in demand items, great overall.

The staff is rude. They get frustrated without even explaining what me (as the customer) is getting wrong in explaining what I need. This is such an odd place

One of the worst home depot I ever visited. Not a single associate was willing to help. What a disgrace that people working for the king of tools supply chain are not helping their customers.

Tried to order some paver base panel and pick up from this Ozone park store. No response at all even after 1 week.

As a Handicapped individual, it's bothersome that when I tried to address this situation fell upon death ears!

Good spot but don't like how they have more self check kiosk instead of actual employees at the register

Excellent warehouse, where you can find everything for construction and more. They sell beautiful plants, the only problem is that they don't take care of them and most of them are dying because they don't water them. PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE THINGS.

I was able to get in-and-out with everything I needed with the help of a very efficient floor attendant.

When it comes to them doing a job for you as t your home.be very cautious because they will surely try and out the 'ol okee doke on ya.

Decent, I noticed when browsing everyone is there to help if you need assistance, however when really shopping for supplies it seems as if all the workers are busy.oh well. Still a great spot to improve your home!

Ok place, good selection.but some associates on floor direct you to wrong place instead of saying they don't know exactly where the items are.

I am an Home Improvement Contractor & a regular customer & a true customer supporting the Home Depot, i gave the story a (5) stars, there is no more long lines, the returns operations is well put together, all the employees are willing to help a customer.

Amazing¡¡¡ the best experience i ever had not for the stock or prices, is because the person that help me was Deaf-mute he understand all my needs and give me the best service in my life, i unfortunately forget his name but thanks so much for your exelent service. Good bless you.

Lots of products at reasonable prices. Not enough helpers around, but very helpful when you find them.

This store is amazing. The best home depot. So clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

This place is garbage always running out of stock nobody here to help you. And they remove a lot cashier now is self check out.

The store is great if you know exactly what you need and where to find it. I knew what I needed but didn't know where it was. When I finally did find someone to help me, they gave me the wrong aisle. I did eventually find someone who told me just where it was.
