The Home Depot, Queens NY

Home Depot needs to fix their inventory showing online vs.what’s actually in the store. I went to 4 Home Depot’s in a matter of hours looks for tiles. Even is you call their too lazy to actually do a physical check and will say whatever to get you off the phone. Super frustrating!

They have a huge variety of flowers and plants, the prices are way better than online advertising.

Been shopping at home depot for 36 years. Had a light switch to return, i was refused. Didn't have a receipt and had paid cash. I was exchanging it for a different one. It didn't matter refused. After all this years thanks.

We were looking for a new fridge and Mr. Frank helped us and also told more about the models and which fridge is better more a specific location and even showed us a reasons to big this beautiful fridge and we weren’t sure if we were buying a fridge today but, this guy knows how to seal a deal. Very nice and smart guy. Best customer service ever and I respect him very much. I would definitely come back. God bless you Mr. Frank. ️

The staff in customer service did not know nothing about the vacuum cleaner rentals. It's difficult to rent from one if they don't know what they are selling. Won't come here again. Train your staff

When I returned an item, they only gave me half credit. The computer indicated that the item was reduced in price and the cashier said that was the maximum I could be refunded even though I had the original receipt showing what I had paid.
I would have taken a replacement but there were none left.

No help really when looking for commercial solutions. Clearly focused on residential improvement. Horrible service. The problem is that these put the stores with real materials to fix things were put out if business by this big box high volume megalopolis.

We wanted to buy area rug, Nathen was very helpful, he showed us and explained thoughly all the products available.

Lousy service. This cashier Armani. He does not even know how to respect customers. He should get proper training. Never goona come back.

The staff here is friendly and resourceful and is always willing to point you in the right direction.

Lines often long for regular vs self-checkout. They DO take manufacturers coupons, but you might have to fight the newbie cashiers who'd rather just say no than figure out how to help you.

If my call is important to u guys then why don't u guys pick up? I called 4 times and even time it's "busy"
