The Home Depot, Levittown NY

I like their garden center a lot. It is well stocked with plants, shrubs and trees that I need for the season. I also like browsing around to check what’s on after-season sale. I recently bought 5 pink princess rose bushes for less than $10 each. The plants were very healthy and kept producing more of its fragrant flowers.

The worst customer service you can find in the Nassau area, none of the workers work in either area, and no one ever helps you.terrible service

Black Friday deals galore! I bought a Dewalt 34 bit set with a right angle attachment for under 10 bucks! The right angle attachment, alone is $20 bucks! Milwaukee 2 pack of 25 foot tape measure are $15 and Stanley 25 foot twin pack for $12!

The layout of this home depot is odd compared to others on the island. It seems to have smaller square footage than Farmingdale or Elmont. Overall it's clean and the inventory they do have is right where it should be. Not many items are out of place, which can be a huge relief. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.

The assistant manager Kim needs to learn to deal with customer service. He was so unprofessional dealing with and incident we had recently.

Unable to find what I was looking for. On app it said it was in stock. Ordered on the app, ordered cancelled. It was not in stock.

Did not go here I just past by it. To me It is just a building supply and outdoor supply place same as Lowes nothing special to me all depends upon which you prefer and what ever is cheaper or on sale to me.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this Home Depot. And I can tell you I called a few even went to the one in College point by my house which was awful But this one goes above and beyond. My four-year-old niece and I shared a special moment watching the nightmare before Christmas and she completely fell in love that she’s even going to be sally for Halloween. So of course I was on the hunt for anything nightmare before Christmas related to decorate my sisters house with. I was able to find a few decorations at the Home Depot Hempstead location. They didn’t have any new ones only the samples I know they usually don’t sell those but Yenny, Jakob, and Debbie from gardening all went above and beyond for me. Jakob going back and speaking with his manager to see if he could get them for and a better deal. And on top it all he was going in the lift to get the archway Jack that’s 11.5 ft! All 3 of them are wonderful and whatever they are getting paid it’s not enough! Debbie from Gardening helping Jakob through the whole process and Yenny for ringing me up and making sure I got the best deal. All 3 of them were wonderful! So wonderful that I would drive from Flushing all the way to Levittown to get their help. 5 for all of them, thanks guys!

It's Home Depot basically has everything you may need, wish there was more help around looking for things i need, but kudos to the 2 workers i did find very helpful, ultimately wrong/defective? Part have to return it now

Lousy customer service. My items were delivered but 2 items were missing and they didn't bother to help me when I went to speak with customer service in person. Also not willing to help you get
things off the shelves.

Always a great shopping experience unless it is super crowded. Clean store and very clean bathrooms that utilize AI technology. Go figure!

I has an appointment at 4: 15 with James for a kitchen consultation. James had to leave early for an emergency. The managers on duty should have had some decency to at least call or email that the appointment was cancelled. I spent 40 minutes in the store for nothing. The manager Keven came to talk to me when I was waiting for the manager Jessica who
never even bothered to came out of her office.

On-site customer service is getting better. Product availability is not always accurate as it states online. And when calling the stores for information or product availability, you're better off just going to the store to get the information you need.

Asked as soon as I walked in where I could find the few items I needed. The items were in the areas I was told except for 1 item "milk crate" - none left.
Went to register, paid & left.
No problems. Not crowded.
