I wish I could leave zero stars. Do Not buy appliances here! They have no control over the delivery team. I paid for delivery, take away & install. The team was unable to install so we agreed they would drop off. The team got in the truck and drive away with my dryer and the burden is on me to reschedule. Zero accountability Zero customer service

Really bad service I go to spend 500 dollars and the guy told me to wait 30 minutes to go help some other guy in the back, that's a normal situation but this was a build up he was called on the loud speaker acted like it wasn't with him and had an elder employee get him then he came towards us and passed us with an attitude.

ED in the appliances department was the best sales person I have ever met! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic experience! I bought the stove and coming back for more.

Ordered a whole kitchen set said they were coming multiple different times and never showed up and found out they never even placed my order yet! And for them to show up on a random day and drop everything off in my driveway as i go up to them and ask if they can move it to my garage so it doesn’t get wet they just stared at me got in their trucks and left. NEVER doing business with them again.extremely rude, never on time, very unprofessional, 1-10 experience lows is better don’t waste ur time

Great place, love Home Depot but in this place workers need to take some classes about custumer service.
I went there today Sunday May 29th and I ask a lady for a price on some gloves that I need to purchase and she give me a really bad answer for someone that works there, then another lady started talking bad and yelling at me for no reason, I know the store is in Middletown but I believe they can treat custumer with a little more of respect especially when I spend so much money at this store. Loews treat custumer with more respect than this place.

I would not get another custom kitchen from here again. I spent a lot of money on Kraftmade custom kitchen. Had to reorder the kitchen sink cabinet twice and still dosent fit my sink. Also, the rendering is different from the blueprint I was given so I installed it wrong. I've been told from management and the kitchen designer that my "measurements are wrong" when in fact they are correct - I even gave a link to the sink so they had the measurements directly from sink manufacture. When I asked them to come out to take measurements myself they said they would only do that if they are the ones installing it. I even had to get into a shouting match with staff there. Just poor service all around after the sale. This is NOT how "doers get more done". I would NOT recommend.p. S. This is my first negative review online.

Needed a small pulley unfortunately they didn't have any. If they did the 2 employees that i asked said no sorry. The girl at the return counter was very friendly and helpful

I am writing this review with 5 stars ONLY because of Bill from the drill department. Bill was amazing and if anyone is looking to buy a drill and does not know where to start or how to use one please look for Bill.

Now when i came in to purchase a drill and a few other items i was going to use Apple Pay and pay with Affirm at the self checkout but i found out they didn’t accept Apple Pay so i stepped to the side and asked the older lady working the self checkout to suspend my transaction while i decided what i was going to do. I asked her if I could order the items online and leave them with customer service and come back to get them and she told me no, because otherwise everyone would do it that way. I said ok. While i was deciding if i wanted to just pay for the drill out right or just wait and order it I decided to pay for the other items i had while i was trying to decide because i am a very indecisive person. I work hard and I have the money to pay for the drill but i like to shop responsibly so i was weighing my options before buying. I told a couple behind me they could go ahead and check out and the older woman walks up to me treating me like I’m going to steal and takes the other products and starts scanning them on the self checkout register and stood there for me to pay for it and i was embarrassed. I went ahead and paid for it then walked away and stood along side a display while i decided if i would buy a drill from Home Depot or go somewhere else instead (comparing prices and my diff options). The older lady then walks up to me and says you know if you want you can apply for the Home Depot credit card and it will take $25 off the drill and you wouldnt have to go through what you’re going through right now. I just stared at her and said no, thank you and left. She made my whole experience very unpleasant and i would rather not deal with her when shopping there IF i decide to shop there again.

Never shopping at ANY Home Depot again. Spent over $20,000 in the past two months. One $34 item is not in the FedEx package and they say I have to go to FedEx. They are the ones who did order picking not FedEx. I don’t even want the money back, just the item. Ridiculous and legit ZERO customer service.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE? Never order flooring from here. Go somewhere else. I paid for a full house measure. They called 13 times for me to place an order when I wasn’t ready. When I was ready I clearly told them where I wanted carpet and where I wanted Pergo flooring. Carpet installers show up and they don’t have carpet for all the rooms. So now I sit here with three rooms not done. Carpet tacks exposed. Dogs and people sticking their feet. My office for working from home is is disarray. Home Depot calls me last week to confirm everything they need to finish both jobs. So I think it’s all good. NOPE. Now they call and leave a voicemail minutes before they are done for the day to say hey can you call us so we can go over what we are supposed to have because we are not clear. They say they are going to send an email but nope. No email. So tired of the lack of ability with this company.

Home depot has really come a long way. This trip specifically I was looking for internal parts for a very very old shower head I thought I would never find and they had the exact replacement. It was unbelievable that it was even sold anymore. Couldn't have been more pleased

Fast and helpful service. On line will tell you just where to find what you want in the store. All isles and sections in the isles are labeled.

I always enjoy going here. Because of their over section. But here's one caveat, getting items restocked from the top to where it's accessible really is a pain in the rear.
