16My experience was not good cause i couldnt find everything i was looking for, i've visited several times different homedepot stores and never found everything for my projects.
Not organized. Need to increase pay scale and get better personnel starting with management. You can only do what is taught so when management is week it trickles down
Some of the staff is really helpful. I had an online order, received an email saying that it was ready, so I went there on that day to pick it up and they hadn't fulfilled my order. After about an hour, with a super helpful staff member (not the original customer services rep that was helping me find my order, but then left to go back to his post without saying anything to me, leaving me standing there clueless), he realized that they didn't have the product there. I went back to the customer service and they said the would contact me when they actually fulfill it. I didn't receive any contact from them. I called again two days later and the woman told me that she would fulfill the order now so that I can come get it and she'll let me know when it is done. I didn't hear back from her. I'm calling again today, as today is the last day of pickup and I've been on hold for such a long time. No one has even answered the phone and said we are busy, please hold, nothing. I understand they are busy, but at 2pm, I can't imagine it being as busy as prime time would be. It's just been on hold this entire time. That's pretty disappointing. See picture. ️. I will stop by there today and see if they have my order now. It's been 7 days so we shall see.
You go online to search for items, you find what you want then you show up at the store to find out it's not available. Then you are told not to rely on the website. So who do you trust?
Home Depot is amazing, but they need more workers. To have a wood board cut down, I waited over 25 minutes, mind you that there was a couple that we had seen while looking for help on finding where the shelves was located, they waited for more than 45 minutes. I was warn about the time it takes for a customer to get the help he/she needed. The worker that came to assist us was so friendly and curteous, of I m not mistaken his name is Alonso (his name started with (AL- dark skin man, tall) He made up for time we waited. I would like to thank him for making my day good one. You have my blessings.
I was in and out because I looked the item up online where they also tell you what isle the item is located in and how many they have in stock. Time saver!
This store is okay, not great. The prices are fair but the quality of the products is lacking as The Home Depot is known for. The shelves are a mess and poorly stocked and you always have to make sure you're not getting a damaged or open package with missing pieces. The customer service is good if you can find someone to assist you. I'll come here again as unfortunately many other hardware stores have closed but its not a pleasant experience to shop here at all
I put in an order for delivery and was told it would arrive November 4th. On November 4th the item did not arrive. I called the store and was told the item would arrive on November 5th. The item never arrived and now I am told the expected delivery date will be between November 17th and November 18th.
3ply painters plastic, doubled over to make 6ply, placed around windows for winter draft protection. Works great!
Home Depot is the best
I needed Window shades so I went to your store in Yonkers. A very nice employee named Nandeen? Was very professional helping me. Since I returned a shade she went out of her way to make sure that I got the right one this time. You need more employees like this sweet lady.
Lots of parking, easy in and out. But the shelves looked a little bare. Since there's a material shortage, I won't judge.
This place is overcrowded and also the supervisor is mad disrespectful and the management there is so bad it took them 10 minutes to get one simple item and also the customers aren’t wearing masks and it stinks so bad here
I was in Home Depot Yonkers earlier today. I was looking for a lamp I really liked but I was not able to find it because they were not available on the racks. Then I asked KENDRICK an excellent employee who went above and beyond for me by checking if they had any available, which in fact a whole batch had arrived today. He made it happen by just helping me and making a really happy customet. Employees like him make my visit to Home Depot Yonkers pleasanr. Thank you KENDRICK!
3 times took an order n charged my car for items not in stock. Then some rude chick wants ME to answer why they charged my card. What the what? Heres a buck, buy some manners, lol
Home Depot is Home Depot. This particular one can brush up their employee hiring. Help isn't very easy to come by and they aren't the most pleasant bunch. However, the store itself is very organized and typically has what you need; which is the most important part of shopping I suppose.
The website indicated 71 items of the product in stock but when I arrived - I travelled 35 minutes each way - there was none in stock. This wasn't the first time this happened at The Home Depot. Very frustrating.
