Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because realistically speaking, you won’t find what you need anywhere else for the price they charge and for the time they are open. However the customer service in this location is just the worst. I’ve never been spoken to like a child until I walked into this place and it’s all because I asked one question. They’re just lucky there isn’t another Home Depot or Lowe’s around.

They refunded the product I didn't use with a 20% deduction. I do not recommend this place with bad customer service and slang behavior to anyone. The employee named Kelly thinks she is the owner of this place.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your Home Depot store located at 2970 Cropsey Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11214. I must say that I am deeply disappointed with the service I received, and I believe it is important for your team to be aware of this incident.

On 07.25.2023, between 5 and 6 pm, my wife and I visited your store to make some purchases. I must confess, this was the first time in my life that I encountered such rude and unhelpful service. I approached an employee named Melvin (as later identified by another staff member) for assistance. I showed him four items that I needed to purchase. The cordless drill was kept behind a locked case, while the drill bits and screwdrivers were displayed too high for me to reach due to a longstanding shoulder injury.

Rather than offering assistance, Melvin literally began yelling at me, asking, "Can't you do this yourself? ! " I was taken aback and requested to speak to a manager. However, Melvin persisted in shouting, acting disrespectfully, and behaving provocatively. Frankly, I felt frightened that he might become physically aggressive. His demeanor was truly alarming.

Fortunately, my wife managed to call for help from another employee, who promptly came to our aid with utmost courtesy. He not only provided the necessary assistance but also apologized for Melvin's behavior upon hearing my complaint.

I strongly believe that employees like Melvin have no place serving customers in a respected establishment like Home Depot. I firmly advocate for his immediate termination. Such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your store but also creates an unwelcome and potentially dangerous environment for customers.

I have always held Home Depot in high regard for its quality products and excellent customer service. This unfortunate incident has left me questioning the commitment to customer satisfaction at this particular location.

I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback seriously and address this matter appropriately. As a loyal customer, I believe that it is crucial for Home Depot to maintain its reputation as a reliable and customer-friendly retailer.

Placed a pick up order for delta faucet stem replacement at 10: 30am. I was emailed that I would receive an email when my order would be ready for pick up. So I patiently waited. I called customer service at 3pm that my order hasn't been ready 4 hours and 30min? Customer service assured me the order must be at the order pick up area. I goto the Cropsy Ave. Store at 5: 20pm, waited on that line 10min only to find out my order was still not ready. I left that line and picked up the part myself. They finally email me at 6: 30pm that my order was ready for pick up, 8 hours to pick up an order is really poor customer service. Looking forward for a reply from management? Waste of time.

Very very bad services, I cannot find anyone for help, I had been wait about 15 minutes. And I saw a lady, she was doing something, I said excuse me madam, I need help, but she just walked away, she said she refused to help just because I didn’t said good morning to her. What kind service is it? She help customer not because it is her job or the boss pay her. Customers only can get her help unless say good morning to her. She even told me I am paging someone now but leave me alone, and get out of my face etc.what kind of working attitude is it? I was really mad and upset about this Home Depot shopping experience!

I had an earth science project in the 8th grade. I needed rocks for my project. A helpful worker proffered the necessary stones gratis. I wish him (and his employer, Home Depot) all the best as they meet their kismet.

This place is the worst if you’re asking the people in there for help forget about it, nobody could help you You have to look for it yourself! Prepared to spend two hours just to look for something that could take 10 minutes.good luck guys

Get humiliated and screamed by the first cashier in front of other customers for almost 30 seconds when I missed a “next” call from another cashier at the self service counter. Apparently, I mixed up her queue to serve next five customer. I guarantee LOWE’s would never treat their customers like that.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If your item gets lost in a special delivery they will do almost nothing to help you get your money back. Everyone shrugs and says they dont know.

Today I was in this home depot and I was amazingly satisfied with the communication with Benjie (Sales person) and Stanley (Assistant store manager)!

They are very responsive and professional in their knowledge of the range and are amazing at working with clients.

They gave me special attention, figured out what I needed, gave me professional advice and showed me an amazing level of service!

Terrible delivery service. They asked us to reschedule our delivery window 4 times and each time, they never delivered our order and asked us to reschedule again and again.

They even rescheduled our order the 4th time without getting our explicit permissions; what if the customer doesn't have anybody home to receive the delivery during this 4th delivery window?

They said they have a delivery service for an extra fee and they gladly take your money but can't deliver on they end. Such a joke.

Would give a 0-star if it was an option on Google.

Workers don't know the products while you are in the store asking their assistance and showing the picture of the product that you need.
