The Home Depot, Buffalo NY

I purchased vinyl flooring yesterday, and I came today to pick it up, upon leaving, an employee asked me to show her a proof of my purchase which was weird knowing this is the first time ever someone ask me for a receipt. I showed her a paper that customer service desk gave me when I picked up my order, she wouldn’t believe it and had to call the customer service to confirm that order was paid for, she suspected me of stealing the stuff, I complained to the manager who wore blue t shirt with glasses on, he was so rude and wanted me to stop talking about the issue he said I should’ve had a sign out sheet which I was never given by the desk and that’s not my fault. He said I had to leave from a certain door every time I pick up an order, I know he’s lying because I know I can leave from any door I want. Otherwise, there should be a sign saying that. Because of that paper (sign out) which no one gave me I was put in this situation. Ridiculous!

What can I say it's Home Depot they have a lot to offer and I work closely with their company as a pro referral! They are my main source for a first line products!

Originally these plants were 1698 ended up getting them for five bucks each and a ripped bag of soil for a dollar. Great customer service especially the lady in the garden so sweet

It has almost everything I was looking for. A little difficult locating items but otherwise ok.

Purchased stackable washer dryer 4/28 set delivery for 5/20 so we could be ready, 4/20 delivery shows up without the stacking kit we ordered, told them to deliver when they have stacking kit, they come back 5/22, tell me to run washer and dryer empty because might be oils inside, if a problem contact store within 48 hours if problem, washer sounds like a jet engine in spin cycle and grinds during wash rinse cycle, call store firget getting someone on the phone finally after persisting get manager Emily, total run a round, call LG, excuses, mindless explanations, do not purchase from Home Depot

Always busy this time of the year, check out in the garden center moves quick as long as both registers are open, always the best place to go for your outdoor supplies.

The parking lot is a mess. They have some good team members here.

They decided to make the parking lot worse by moveing the sheds from the side of the building to in the parking lot itself taking up spots

Usually Home Depot is excellent. While one of the associates that helped was good. The other three that 'helped' us today we're not helpful at all and knew less than I did about the products I was trying to purchase. Disappointed.

Just a piece of friendly advice do not purchase the 5 gallon of Crystal rock water from any Home Depot location, when you return the container empty Home Depot will not return the deposit you paid to Home Depot for the container

This Home Depot has a nice selection of products. There's always someone available for help.

Mom and I went to home Depot to get a new shower head but we weren't sure home Depot would be in our price range. So when we walked up to where the very nice shower heads were. I was ecstatic because MOEN products and LIFE TIME GUARANTEED which my mom didn't know! I picked out a double shower pack (MOEN) for only $64.99! We were SO EXCITED that we didn't have to go to another store! Everyone thinks Home Depot is so expensive. I agree some things are! But when you really know this store like I do, you find GREAT DEAL'S!

We ordered a freezer online and waited for delivery for over 4 hours. The delivery person called to say he would arrive in about a half hour. A couple hours later, we received a message they couldn't deliver. This was a sunny day in Buffalo, a couple inches of snow if that, and the truck didn't even come into the driveway. No call, no show. It was my dad's birthday, and this was his gift. It was paid for in gift cards. Absolutely ruined his day. Home Depot tried to blame the carrier. The driver should be fired. We have UPS, fed ex, propane, and many other trucks deliver with zero issue. They offered delivery on Monday, we cancelled the order because it was needed today and is available. Incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. Home Depot just lost a very frequent customer.

In-store stock of some items on display is disappointing. Otherwise they have friendly staff and competitive prices. As with most HD stores, it's cold inside.
