Home Depot's customer service is truly lacking from what it used to be-let me say this: before, you couldn't get down HALF an aisle without having someone ask if you need help. Today, that is non-existent! You REALLY have to be on the lookout and ask SEVERAL employees (if you can find them) to get someone to help! Let me also add that I do NOT want to be in your store for SEVERAL HOURS trying to locate your employees IF I need help!

When delivering my tickets, the postman from time to time goes to the email box of the house next door instead of my house 90 Roebling ave 14215, so many important tickets are missing.

Good prices, aisles labeled clearly so you know where to go for what you’re looking for. Also it tells you online the exact location of where you can find specific items, which is a nice timesaver.

In years past, stores had loss prevention to arrest thieves. Today, they just lock everything up. Trying to buy a power tool is an effort in futility. Everything is locked up, and trying to find an available employee is not easy. Once you find one, they walk you to the register with the item, like a teacher's aide taking a kid to the bathroom. Sadly, it's just a byproduct of the decline of our society. If Lowes carried Ryobi, Id shop there instead.

If only there was an ace closer to us: (the store had everything but staff people that can help.

I needed lump charcoal for our smoker to cook a very tasty, juicy brisket. 17lbs for $12.49.
My daughter makes a rub that is absolutely superb. When I called to order curbside, there supposedly wasn't any and I got the runaround as it was on the site online but wouldn't let me put it into the cart for curbside pickup. So I not happy to have to go in the store. Went to the garden dept where there was laden shelves of bags of charcoal. Hmmmm.sounds like the website lies. Anyway, one other issue is the compete laziness of the employees. 4 girls, possibly 20's- 30's all standing around by the self check. Not that I needed them to carry the bag of charcoal for me.but they'd break a nail as well. No one greets you or asks if you need an assist. That's lousy customer service. Maybe this is the LAZY Home Depot. Seems not one store anymore trains their employees to actually do their job. I am annoyed by that. I won't shop that location anymore even tho it's the closest one to my home.
If I were part of corporate and watched them doing nothing work related.they wouldn't have their job for much longer. And I would make sure to have the evidence compiled so to not have to pay the lazy, ignorant persons unemployment.

I don't like this home depot because they offer 2 year warranty but that's not true the employes and one of the managers did not want to change it they didn't even check tool they said no we just got there and they said no and the manager said loud and clear no she didn't even see it she was rude to us

where most of my shopping at home depot is done in Toronto and surrounding areas.

I was extremely overwhelmed how kind and helpful the staff is.

Unfortunately we do not have this in Ontario.

I received lots of help and support in finding the perfect refrigerator in. Store! Now I just have to figure out who I can get to help me remove the upper cabinet so I will have room for the new refrigerator to fit in my kitchen-!
Does Hime Depot offer help like that? Because without removing the upper cabinet I cannot replace the fridge with one that fits! Can you help?
