For the most part you have knowledgeable people to help you and guide you in the right direction to find what you are looking for. I would give the 3 stars. The worker's are super friendly!

Typical greece store. Most of the younger employees just dont care. Makes it impossible to get what you need in one trip. A few of the older employees try, but you can tell they are overwhelmed with doing all the work.

First appliance purchase from Home Depot, total nightmare but they compensated me for their mistakes.

Took a little while to find someone to help me out, and after trying 3 different registers I was able to order the item I wanted for the price I saw online. Also only about a week until delivery and installation, so that's good. Staff/team members were nice and helpful.

They will not cut composite lumber. Said it clogs up the saw. I worked there 7 years and never had a problem.

My wife and I went to Home Depot to plan out our kitchen remodel. We had the best person you could talk to and help plan out this kind of project. Her name is Bevin and she helped us with every detail you could think of for a kitchen remodel project. I cannot say enough how much she helped us with picking stuff out and making sure we stayed within our budget. She made the experience overwhelmingly easy and I will make sure I put up pictures of the remodel once it's done.

The place that takes most of my money. Lol. Great selection. Most employees don't care to help. But you do find some that do want to help. Very few know what they are talking about.

This was actually a good trip. Was actually able to find help without a problem and she was very helpful. Had a decent selection of what I was looking for.

Usually no one has answers. Unless you find an “old timer” with experience that can help you, you’re on your own

Well, we went to rent a piece of equipment for our lawn care and after confirming that my bank account is perfectly fine, we were told the store couldn’t do anything about the face that Home Depot’s system wasn’t reading my credit card. We can understand that there is an issue beyond anyone’s control, but the complete apathy and disrespect to us was warranted for this review. As much as I was hopeful for a great experience, we were severely disappointed.

I have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

I love the smell when you first walk in the lumber department. Everything you need is right in this store someplace. I have been getting great service throughout the projects i have going on, even with the few snags that have risen.

I visited the website first to find what I needed and the location in the store. Went to the store found everything quick and I was done.

Janine in windows and doors was so helpful and knowledgeable and kind. I have not met a better representative in any store. You are fortunate to have her. Please consider her for a raise.

Picked up a carpet cleaner and took about 5 minutes to pick up. Come to drop off, waited about 45 minutes to be able to drop it off

Good selection, well staffed, even late at night. Good variety of products and fairly decent prices for most DYI projects. Can't speak to contractor pricing, but as a DYI consumer, I rarely can get better pricing at the other big box competitor.

The Depot usually has every home improvement tool I need. And a huge selection of things I don't need NOW but probably will.
