16Location is smaller than the average Home Depot which translates to not a wide range of products as you would normally find on average. However, you can get to products faster because of the less square footage to walk. Typical for Brooklyn where square feet are a premium!

KAHN WAS AMAZING. I asked at least a dozen questions he was patient and incredibly helpful. When this location did not have what I was looking for he ordered it for me. Will look for him whenever I am there. Wish I could give him 10 stars
I arrive 30 minutes before closing and there was nobody to talk to, they were just busy talking to each other and moving around large items. Besides they always manage to run out that one item you need
I've been through this location in the past and I wouldn't recommend, try different locations
Been coming to this location forever. Not as hectic as Gateway Center and that is exactly why I come to this location.
It is another home depot so never expected the best experience there personally I would buy from Lowes right next door to this location.
They have everything for home repair/decorating/redecorating under one roof. Everything, including the kitchen sink!
I asked one staff member a question regarding a cabinet. When he finally stopped texting long enough to answer, he was still CLUELESS! I put the cabinet down and left!
This particular store is smaller than most and doesn't carry some products that other stores do.
I had a fairly good visit to this Home Depot location found some stuff I was looking for but not what I was specifically looking for Garden wise. The associate was helpful with some stuff and it was a pleasant visit. I will be returning.

I wouldn't go their, I drive to metropolitan or queens.
Don't expect to find anyone knowledgeable if you need help. You're pretty much on your own. This is not a full size store so you won't find things you would in a bigger home depot. I guess it's good for small things
They have everything you need at great prices the staff is not knowledgeable do not ask questions because they will lie to you
The kings plaza home depot never seems to have anything I want. They have one of something but it is usually broken.
There was a 2 young men that were very helpful. I really appreciated them. They made my visit so pleasant that I had to write a review.
