6A great team in a beautiful showroom filled with impressive furniture options!
I had the pleasure of working with Yasmine, the business development manager over at HON New York. She was extremely professional, communicative, and made every effort to accommodate our organization that was seeking a private viewing event of the showroom.
I was able to make a last minute appointment with Yasmine to view the showroom and she was very accommodating. It’s a beautiful space and it was great to see an feel the pieces. I was able to find a few favorites and look forward to purchasing.
The store has only a few sample chairs and the staff knows less than what you can directly find via the webpage.
Awful customer service. They only let me in the showroom for a few seconds because they had a “scheduled showing”. If you can only enter the store by appointment only, The Hon should say by appointment only. Unreal.
