The Inn at Fox Hollow, Woodbury NY

Finally a hotel which cares about the comfort of their guests.
Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.
Fantastic location!

Stayed overnight while visiting a client whose office was in the area. The Inn at Fox Hollow was very reasonably priced and I was pleasantly surprised how spacious the rooms are. The overall atmosphere of the common areas was warm and inviting.

Since we stayed in mid-December, holiday decor throughout gave an even warmer and cozy ambience.

Comfortable rooms, clean and well lit. Kitchen and fridge in room great for extended stays, rooms service was good with expected prices, staff very friendly

I came for a business trip and was impressed by the hospitality. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would have preferred an outward (as opposed to courtyard) facing room for privacy though. The gym is small but adequate.

Rooms were nice but prices quoted were not the same when i checked in.everyone in blocked out rooms attending wedding were charged all different prices.staff was not too helpful either

The rooms were okay. Besides the bed, everything is an add-on even if you are in. “The king suite” or the bridal suite was mediocre for the price. I only stayed here because the wedding venue next door provided these rooms for free.

One thing I was most annoyed of was their breakfast. When we checked in, the front staff specifically said breakfast until 10: 30 am. I get there at 10: 15. They had taken everything out and there was nothing to eat. Apparently its only for the weekend. They could have provided right information. Hi had to leave hungry in the morning. The rooms were mehh. I’ve stayed at much better places for the price it was advertised in.

Fire alarm has been going on and off for days. Power out intermittently. The AC doesn’t work and three calls to the front desk haven’t been enough to get help. I want to go home.

We booked a stay at this hotel as a a staycation but were rudely treated with racist comments and demeaning abuse. The manager Maggie stalls kicked us out of the pool dispute the abuse calling us a “classless” I was discriminated because my son is autistic and Hispanic! We are a Hispanic family and we were abused because of the color of our skin! Do not go to this hotel unless you are white and affluent

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful! They gave us a free room upgrade which was very nice! Need more parking spaces. Only glitch is someone hit our car (we think it was with their door) while parked in the lot.

Room 269 great 2 exceptions shower door handle loose and shower handle loose. I worked as a maintenance person for Dunfey hotels if I had tool I'd repair it otherwise room is great

I will never go there again. Was in area for work and just needed to stay one night. The room was out dated and just smelled old. There was a bug in my room and they had wires hanging (pictures). Was not comfortable sleep at all and I was charged extra $100 dollars on my bill. Who really cares about anything else (service, food, etc) didn't even try any of that if you have to sleep in dirty smelling room with bugs and wires all over why stay. Don't stay staying away!

The staff here is great. I helped my friends check in late Saturday night and there were at least a few people working the front lobby. Natasha at reception was especially helpful, giving us all the information we needed. Check in was quick and painless (wish all places were like this). The room's interior was classy and we were able to settle in without issue. Thanks for the hospitality!

Room was perfect! Small kitchen with keurig for morning coffee. Breakfast and dinner included and was good. Will definitely come back!

We have stayed there a few times over several years. Being from Syosset, I am delighted to say that this hotel is extremely convenient, hospitable, and clean. I have stayed at a couple of other places in the immediate area, but I never want to stay anywhere else other than Fox Hollow. There is just no comparison.

It is a clean and cute place. The workers are very kind and friendly. The decoration is more than beautiful and the rooms have lot of space.

I didn’t stay yet but Christine made booking a room an enjoyable experience and I’d be more than happy to work with her again in the future.

It was a beautiful hotel, clean and attractive. Breakfast was adequate but food was buffet style and not hot. Needs to improve.

I would give this 0 stars if i could. This hotel sucks. Theres only 3 floors, the walls are thinner than the latest barbie doll, the cleaners are loud, and there's barely any privacy. Not to mention the food is so bad and overly flavorful that its just terrible. The beds aren't rly that comfortable and they only serve dinner on weekdays. Terrible stay 0/10 wouldnt recommend.
