On my second visit here, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, it didn't meet them. The Kathi rolls were just average, and despite trying a variety of them, nothing stood out as special. The fried chicken monos were delicious, but the vegan monos were quite disappointing. We had to wait for 40 minutes to get our order at 11 PM on a Sunday evening, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, the food was just average, so if you're looking to cross it off your list, you can visit once, but the wait might not be worth it otherwise.

Super fast service and awesome kathi rolls. We have ordered their paneer, chana masala and aloo masala rolls numerous times. Definitely ask for extra chutney and onions for more taste. Order hardly takes 5-7 mins to get for dine-in, so if you’re in a hurry- they’ll get you the good in a jiffy.

Waitwd for 40 mins just for them to acknowledge we were there to order. Avoid going here. Extremely rude staff as well. Overcrowded and kitchen seemed totally disorganized. Completely oblivious staff. Disaster.

Amazing, high quality, flavourful food!

Chicken Momo (fried) were excellent.
Acharu paneer roll was flavourful and not.
Chicken Tikka rolls were the big favourite.
1947 craft beer and Mango Lassi were very refreshing.

Definitely coming back.

I used to come to this location all the time when I used to work in the city. I recently came back and the Unda Chicken Roll was better than I remember it to be.

Whoever is from uber/doordash/grubhub expect to wait 30 minutes at least every single time for a single order. Every time i arrive they don’t even know the order exists. Automatic decline if you see an order from this place pop up.

Very good, however you have to take 2 because only one is too little. The flavors are on point!

I couldn’t believe I ate so yummy Kathi rolls in NYC. Authentic taste and flavour. Will go again.

I used to love their kathi rolls and momos but recently when i tried the kathi rolls and momos the taste and quality was not the same. Kathi rolls was ok but momos were worst. They were too oily and the steamed one were not at all cooked and also they were frozen.

Careful, when you order for delivery. Ordered rolls worth 40$ at 6: 30 pm, from our Hyatt Centric hotel which was 10 minutes by walk. Got an estimated time of delivery of 7: 40 pm. Started calling them from 8: 00pm, Would have called atleast 5 times. No one of the calls were answered. We left the hotel to get food from outside since our kid was starving. At 11;40 pm we get a call saying the food is here from Kaati roll. Called them at 11: 40 for refund, They said they can't do refunds. Contacted the customer care of delivery company and they said Kaati roll decline for refund since food was delivered. Delivered at 11: 40pm when it was supposed to come at 7: 40 pm. Worst business tactics.

The only thing going for this place is that they’re open pretty late. Staff is overworked, food is average at best. The gajar halwa cake was undercooked and an oily mess, the paratha was undercooked too.

Used to be one of our favorite places 5 yrs ago when we lived near Long Island. Now, so disappointing. Kati rolls were bland, hardly any filling. No chutney or spice or chaat masala.
